Tonight I made a veggie scramble with egg whites and parm cheese....
zuccini (sp?) sliced
broccoli blanched
cherry tomatoes quartered
sauted with garlic sea salt and garlic pepper....
5 egg whites.... scrambled..... and topped with parm cheese
it was sooooooooo yummy!!!
