~Hey, Zachar, very genuine insight and, I think, where those who fully explore the nature of Life and the Force as a whole tend to arrive at sooner or later. We've learned that repressed emotions can create toxic states in the body, constrain circulation and respiration, create neurosis, etc. All of these ailments limit ones ability to feel the Force, as that takes relaxation, openness, fearlessnes and...a state of nonattachment, as you so well pointed out :) The Force is not Light or Dark, we are--and that's only by each individual's subjective judgement measured on their personal scale.

~When Master Wyndu suggested to Grandmaster Yoda that the Jedi Council should inform the Senate that their ability to use the Force had diminished, it was at a time when the Jedi had generally stood unopposed and untested for generations. The bulk of them had settled into an assumed understanding of the Force, never explored it past their lessons in the living moment (unless they were fortunate enough to have a rogue master like Qui-gon Jinn), built dogmatic walls around their own truth of emotions without doing the work of feeling, understanding and finally transending them. This Path limits Force connection and abilities. Limits a fullness of Life itself. I train to feel, experience, learn, understand, embrace...without, as you say, getting caught up in the petty shadow dance that most take for reality. As another friend likes to say: "simply...not easy".

I would like to add to that it is the mental judgement of what those energies are that actualize them. When you say: Dark/Light Integrated detachement...this detachment is a good thing-it is essentially the detaching of the awareness from the ego/victim/judge portion of the human condition WHERE we become 'witnesses' through this lenz we are able to see a truth about ourselves more clearly. If we percieve our External creation/world as a reflection of our internal processes-mental/physical/ emotional/and spiritual then we can see external events as messages or omens into how we may grow (or not)-See the Jedi council were looking outside themselves for the perpetrator ...

(this is blame-inability to accept ones own responsibility in a matter, this leads to victim rational-Which is happening here on the planet Earth as well-or rather there is an energetic pulling away from these old forms of being in order to 'evolve' this conversation would not be happening otherwise-Even in the Jedi Council the 'Living Force' adepts were a minority. This is changing here on Earth)

So considering that the physical forms that we percieve everyday are simly illusions that reinforce a sense of separation and alone-ness it it challenging to be able to come back to the interconnectedness of all Energies, especially when they feel threatening to our own well being as an individual or group mind. when in fact that very interconnectedness is allowing the external Megaverse to reflect what is really the truth-this is important: the TRUTH on an individual basis, communication with members of the community helps to broaden these truths. The more adept we become the more difficult the path becomes this is how balance occurs, for the ones who transcend have no words to describe the path, they only walk it. YET it must be described to those who are willing to walk it as well-and of course this is where things get funny....(hee hee)

To be able to be aware of this and utilize it is the keystone of 'personal' power (LOVE-and I dont mean the way that it has been twisted by the human/sentient/social dream. LOVE as in creation/destruction-the Force), A true warrior fully becomes the Warrior at this point of realization, for this is where the really hard part of the journey begins...yes? to actually utilize all parts of the force and direct it. Now, Master Jedi Kenobi says that : The force is something that controls us and yet we can control it. My understanding is that It is a partial relationship between a physical manifestation of 'cohesive' energy...US/WE/YOU and ME, and a more chaotic expression and more flowing expression of energy...The Megaverse. Of course these are just mental perceptions-yet that has already been dealt with in inital stages of apprenticeship-so now the difficult part is to be able to learn to have control over ALL of our emotions-this our part of the work that leads us to being able to flow with our destiny. Anger is a great source of energy and can cause profound change-how would you choose to wield anger? as a tool or as a weapon for defense or attack? See, even the need or thought of defense is based in opposites-there is nothing to defend! The mental construct of defense suggests an attacker by default. This is also true of our words, lightsabers and guns and bombs - garden implements...etc.

Be careful of the Concept of 'TRUTH' in an everchanging Megaverse Even truth is subject to the will and motion of the Force.

The Earthlings have a saying that dates back to their recent histories that date to before the colonization of the Binary sun peoples: "Know thyself"
