~If you aquired or improved upon one Force power/ability that you belive would improve your life overall, what would it be? Think a while on this one--every choice is a two edged sword ;)~

Although it is not focused on in the cinematic telling of Jedi tales, I would improve my Jedi healing abilities.

As much as i would love the physical prowess, force push/pull/move, or Jedi mind control I don't think they would improve my life overall as much. I suppose if my mind control was further improved I could do a lot politically for our world. Physical prowess and force manipulation skill could get me a lot of money. But I would rather heal others directly.

    How bout you Aiki?

~Like you, Zach, I believe that healing energy is one of the most profound abilities and connections with the Living Force, not only direct physical healing but of the mind and spirit as well. If one can call upon a neutralizing/healing force during a confontation before anything escalates into violence, especially if a positive path can then come of it, I think this is powerful indeed and most of the other Force powers would then not be needed (considering the Light side here, or the Balance, as I'm only interested in self-mastery :)~

      Yours in the Living Force,

I would have to agree with healing abilities.

My Mom has congestive heart failure, and is on more medications than she can keep track of. And she's got other lovely things to deal with as well.

Dad had testicular cancer, but that is in remission after surgery and treatment. He also had Trigeminal Neuralgia, which is extremely painful, but I think he's had enough surgeries to stop that. But because of that, he has no feeling in his lips. And Dad also has other interesting things.

And that's just my side of the family. Yeah, would love to be able to heal those I love. And then move outward, healing everyone else I could find. Especially if I could also heal addiction or self-injury, mental disabilities, etc.

After giving this a lot of thought, I'd like to sharpen, and focus my force sences more. Improving the ability to feel, and sence the people, and environment around myself, would be a very great defence, and radar. I've dealt with a lot of things, over the last couple of years, that were not as they really seem. Most likely due to allowing my mind to be clouded, with distraction, and inebriation.

~How are you going about that? What practices to sharpen and focus your ability to sense the truth beneath the clouding layers of collective conscensual reality? A very powerful and important skill path indeed :)~

Seeing throught the force, that of which the Miraluka use. Force sight grants visual and spatial perception even in the dark or through objects. Also your sight is amplified to the point that your are able to counteract Persuasion. As well force sight has the ability to perceive the closeness others are to death, work out how best to proceed or determine the intentions of others.

~I'm beginning to think that the Force ability of 'Attunement to the Force' may be the most difficult to develope and follow, but the one that ultimately guides one upon the course of their Path. I was often stubborn with Master Jinn and in my sensations of the Living Force, my ego (small self) wishing to filter and subjectively control the input I was receiving. Hard to open, accept, release and allow the Force to move oneself...but the Master lesson, I believe~
