Hi folks! I'm pleased to announce that Frederique will be visiting us behind the Redwood Curtain October 31st and November 1st to perform and teach a few fabulous workshops!

Join us at Redwood Raks studio in Arcata, Humboldt county for:
Gooey Pops 12:00 pm to 2pm
Urban Tribal Style moves 3pm to 5pm
