Hi to all of you trying to add events... Please take a look at the following calendar to determine what time slots are available. There are multiple spaces in the camp for activities, but I'm just ccreating one list for all events... This way we can see easiest if there's too much going on at once.

Check the above calendar, and, if you don't see anything for your event, then contact me, so that it can be added to the calendar and the Playa Events Calendar... If you feel empowered, you can add it to the Playa Events Calendar yourself, and then just send me the info to add it to the camp's calendar so others can see that the space is taken...
If you want me to add it, I need all of this:
In your posts, please include the following:
= date (or day if it's obvious - like "Tuesday" - but not "Saturday", because there are two),
= the time,
= duration,
= which communal (or non-communal) space in camp you want to use for your event
= Catchy title for all to see
= Short blurb (150 characters or less)
= Longer description
= event URL
= email - if you want to be contacted pre-playa...

Sun, July 20, 2008 - 8:40 AMHere are the events... It looks like this list is pretty much complete. Everything that is externally-facing has been submitted to the What Where When... The only one I've gotten anything back from BM.org about so far is the Queer Women's Cocktail party...
It's probably too late to change these... but... we'll manage the chaos on-playa as it comes. :)
