  it's in the hands of the people. anyone can do free hugs whenever they want to. all they need is cardboard and markers. if someone wants company, this is one venue for putting the word out, but you can also just bring extra signs and people will usually join in.

    yep! there is almost always a valentines free hugs at the VAG!
