Dec. 1 is World AIDS Day. This year's theme is "leadership." People are being encouraged to take a "leadership pledge" that they will do something about AIDS (talk about it with friends, donate time or money, write letters etc.)
I thought it might be cool to give free hugs and pass out pledge forms (not asking for money) to interested people.
What do people think?

Re: Free Hugs on World AIDS Day?
Sun, November 4, 2007 - 10:04 PMi think free hugs and a ribbon or info on how people can help would be a cool way to celebrate world aids day...
our slogan could be, "Don't Fear Love... Fear Ignorance."
or maybe... nothing to do with fear... cuz fear sucks...
i dunno.
Is anyone else on board with this?
