Just in case you don't know, I want to tell you that Freyja is teaching pilates classes on friday mornings now, 9am at Studio Rasa in Berkeley.

I can tell you first hand that she is an awesome pilates instructor. I've been taking sessions with her and highly recommend her as a teacher. I'll be at the classes. Come check them out. Info will soon be posted on her website www.freyjafusion.com

You can take pilates classes Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Mondays and Wednesdays with Susan Stark, who I also highly recommend, and with Freyja on Fridays.
