Sat, March 11, 2006 - 11:44 AMThere are times while playing guitar that my ego (self-consciousness) recedes allowing spirit to move more spontaneously through me weaving wonderfully creative rhythms and melodies. It is in these joyous moments that all my years of practice culminates. It happens most frequently in the presence of generous listening, either within my self or by an audience. Along with being a moving experience it is a humbling one as well.
