What do you make of rainy (weekend) days?

I'm facing one. They're great days for reading, for watching rain fall (duh), and doing lots of things inside I have been putting off (-shelving, filing, straightening).
Rainy days seem more meditative to me too.
How do you spend rainy days when you have no outside obligations?

    I catch up mostly.

Most of the time I'm running along at a pretty decent speed. Forced inside time allows me to catch up on some projects. It gives me time to stop and reflect.

More things get done during winter/spring for me, and I think I tend to have more fun during summer/fall.

So, why am I responding to this at 8:36 local time? I'm oncall for work (once ever 10 weeks), so it's like a rainy day for me. I can wander down to the beach and work on my tan, but I can't go into the water.

It seems that any rainy day I find it very appropriate to straighten loose things and thoughts.

I go and see what receipts or papers that I've been keeping (for no reason ! )...mainly papers hat I've kept and I don't the reason why !

Usually music is a pleasant way of spending a rainy day that here in Boston that seems to be more than often...but it's
    pleasant anyways.

It depends..they always kinda give me a nice feeling, like as Im feeling quite positive and as I can wash away the insecurities I have, no doubt bout that. Generally i have the chance to do some music, write something down as lyrics or a melody for yes some songs. Its a moment I take 4 trying to re-discover myself in my inner world, to dig a little bit for the truth, my truth. Old stories, fading memories, things I never wanna get rid of.
