Bodybuilding, soy and T

I work with a personal trainer doing an intense bodybuilding and cardio workout and I am just going to be starting taking a protein drink that he recommends before and after our workouts.

My question to you guys is, do any of you take protein drinks and if so, do you know off hand if they do in fact contain soy protein, will that decrease testosterone levels?

I heard that this is a myth regarding soy but some say it is not. Please advise if you know.

    If you wanna build lean mass, then keep away from the soy. it has its benefits and drawbacks just like most things, but I can assure you, you just want the regular bloke stuff. Whey Protein isolate is always the best to stick to. Best protein, little carbs and fat.

      I've heard not that it decreases T, but rather increases estrogen. If you were born a guy, you can drink some soy, but in any one's case here, I would stay away.
