Here's an example of people doing things that interest them and having TAIT support their enthusiasm. One of our engineering interns, Kip, had an idea about setting up a series of documentaries and involving all co-workers. It will be called the "Intellectual Film Series" in which he will be hosting some films to discuss contemporary social issues. The films will be shown during lunch and TAIT will provide it's main conference room and refreshments to show its support for the idea. How cool is that? How many companies out there contribute like that?
