The latest on the TAIT circuit is the Baseball Performance League which will incorporate America's favorite sport with our company performance. We will have the opportunity to win awards and work as a team to achieve our goals. There are three leagues and there is a traveling cup in the World Series where the goal is to acquire that trophy and be the best team! To kick off the leagues and get the game going, there was a luncheon in which the winning teams were presented with a trophy and the traveling cup has left our Santa Ana office to make its new home in Colorado... until the next face off when all company divisions will again have the opportunity to take back the trophy. Thu, August 11, 2005 - 1:45 PMWe have already had a great response from all the divisions involved in the Baseball Performance League. I think people are having as much fun figuring out what all the performance measurements mean as they are trying to improve their own division...especially the big baseball fans. This was designed to make the divisions competitive so that everyone can take strides to improve their individual divisions' performance, and have fun doing it. So far, it seems to be working very well. Other companies use similar sports-themed measurement of performance and have had tremendous success with it.
