I am an advanced graduate student at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco, and I am studying employees’ perceptions of their workplace.

You are invited to participate if you:

• Are a fulltime employee (minimum 40 hours per week)

• Are 18 years old or older

· Have a Bachelors degree or higher

• Work at an organization that is a corporation (incorporated)

• Are a professional in one of the following fields:

v Accounting (e.g., Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant)

v Sales (e.g., Retail Manager)

v Marketing (e.g., Advertising Director)

v Human Resources (e.g,. Human Resource Manager)

v Finance (e.g,. Credit Manager, Financial Analyst)

v Computers/Information Technology (e.g., IT Manager, Project Manager).

only an initial investment of $6.00! So I thought,
"Yeah right, this must be a scam", but like most of us, I was curious, so I kept reading. Anyway, it said that you send $1.00 to each of the 6 names and address stated in the article. You then place your own name and address in the bottom of the list at #6, and post the article in at least 200 newsgroups. (There are thousands)
No catch, that was it. So after thinking it over, and talking to a few people first, I thought about trying it. I figured: "what have I got to lose except 6 stamps and $6.00, right?" Then I invested the measly $6.00. Well GUESS WHAT!!... Within 7 days, I started getting money in the mail! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about $25.00. By the end of the second week I had made a total of over $1,000.00! In the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $42,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. It's certainly worth $6.00, and 6 stamps, I have spent more than that on the!! Let me tell you how this works and most importantly, why it works.... Also, make sure you print a copy of this article NOW, so you can get the information off of it as you need it. I promise you that if you follow the directions exactly, that you will start making more money than you thought possible by doing something

STEP 3: Change anything you need to, but try to keep this article as close to original as possible. Now, post your amended article to at least 200 newsgroups. (I think there are close to 24,000 groups)All you need is 200, but remember, the more you post, the more money you make!

Now, those 125 persons turn around and post the MINIMUM 200 with my name at #3 and only receive 5 replies each, I will make an additional $625.00! OK, now here is the fun part, each of those 625 persons post a MINIMUM 200 letters with my name at #2 and they each only receive 5 replies, that just made me $3,125.00!!! Those 3,125 persons will all deliver this message to 200 newsgroups with my name at #1 and if still 5 persons per 200 newsgroups react I will receive $15,625,00! With an original investment of only $6.00! AMAZING! When your name is no longer on the list, you just take the
latest posting in the newsgroups, and send out another $6.00 to names on the list, putting your name at number 6 again. And start posting again. The thing to remember is: do you realize that thousands of people all over the world are
joining the Internet and reading these articles everyday? JUST LIKE YOU are now!! So, can you afford $6.00 and see if it really works?? I think so... People have said, "what if the plan is played out and no one sends you the money? So what! What are the chances of that happening when
there are tons of new honest users and new honest people who are joining the Internet and newsgroups everyday and are willing to give it a try? Tell me your story!

Our life is a series of activities and work is one of them. Work is very important because we spend most of our time there, away from family, friends and our favorite activities. But what would happen if you could combine both fun and work? Is that really possible? The answer is YES. Work can be fun! Not because of the actual activities you do, but because of the people that are involved with you in the work environment.

Take for instance my company, Tait & Associates, we are a group of people involved in engineering, architecture and environmental work and yet the people that work here are so cool that it is not at all a stuffy, pencil pushing place. The people that work here are into many different things and so talking with them is fun. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed so that every day is just a series of activities while spending time with friends.

We have monthly birthday celebrations, we get company tickets to fun events like baseball games, hockey games and other special activities that are scheduled around our hobbies. We've had tailgate parties, softball B.B.Q's, fishing trips and random luncheons just to round up the troops. Just the other day, we got to go to a Laker game and it was all set up by our company.

My point is, fun can be part of work, it just depends on what type of company you work for. So what about you, what's your story?

Baseball Performance Awards Lunch

The latest on the TAIT circuit is the Baseball Performance League which will incorporate America's favorite sport with our company performance. We will have the opportunity to win awards and work as a team to achieve our goals. There are three leagues and there is a traveling cup in the World Series where the goal is to acquire that trophy and be the best team! To kick off the leagues and get the game going, there was a luncheon in which the winning teams were presented with a trophy and the traveling cup has left our Santa Ana office to make its new home in Colorado... until the next face off when all company divisions will again have the opportunity to take back the trophy. Tait & Associates Softball Teams = The T&As

Another great aspect of TAIT is our two company-sponsored, softball teams that play every week. One is coed and one is all-male. But both very fun. Mike Simon is our tireless coach and always brings a good time and lots of excitement for everyone. We also want to start a TAIT bowling team to enter some local leagues and bring home some more company pride.

Next league = ultimate frisbee anyone?!?!

In-N-Out Comes to TAIT

The fun thing about TAIT is that there are always cool happenings going on. People are always coming together to enjoy all the wonderful events set up by TAIT to make everyone feel closer together and enjoy working for a place that actually promotes fun. This time around TAIT arranged In-N-Out to come out to our Santa Ana location and serve up an awesome lunch. Anyone who loves In-N-Out knows that burgers sure make any day seem incredible. The great thing about working for a company like TAIT is that we are constantly being treated to social events that promote friendships and fun. Sure, we're here to work hard and get the job done, but we all have a great time doing it. We're all so lucky to have this place :)

Cool new happening!

Here's an example of people doing things that interest them and having TAIT support their enthusiasm. One of our engineering interns, Kip, had an idea about setting up a series of documentaries and involving all co-workers. It will be called the "Intellectual Film Series" in which he will be hosting some films to discuss contemporary social issues. The films will be shown during lunch and TAIT will provide it's main conference room and refreshments to show its support for the idea. How cool is that? How many companies out there contribute like that?
