Hello, I'm planning a bellydance event for charity, John Kanzius Cancer Research, and I'm lookin for that perfect song for a candle dance that will be in honor/memory of cancer survivors/victims. Dancers will move down theater isles then on to stage with candles. I'm searching for a moving yet not too depressing song. Any ideas out there? Thanks for any input! : )

Mon, January 28, 2008 - 5:58 AMSome of my very favorite music that is very moving is by Vas or Niyaz. Azam Ali has the most incredible voice & a lot of their stuff is a bit sad but inspiring as well. -

Its not really there until you really listen to it.
It hit me while sitting in the dark, and brought me to tears just days before I performed with it the first time.
Now, I hear the heartbreak in it every time I listen to it.
