This seemed to be the biggest tribe that focuses on Idaho, and I need some help/recommendations!
The 2009 Durga Tour will be heading through Idaho on Friday, May 29th, on our way from Missoula, Montana to Utah. We're looking to locate a sponsor for an Idaho stop along the Interstate-15 corridor (ideally between Idaho Falls and Pocatello). This part of the tour will feature dancer/instructor Tempest and musician/instructor Tim Rayborn, and there are many options for a Friday afternoon/evening event, from workshops, a show, to our dynamic "Motif" offering, which brings musicians, dancers, and ritual together.
Details about the tour, as well as what's involved can be found at www.meddevi.com/durga
Anyone interested, or could recommend a reliable person, please feel free to message or email me. Thank you!

Wed, February 4, 2009 - 12:09 PMhey Lara! What a change from Cali - but the folks there sure are nice!
We're also looking at the possibility of doing Moab, UT on Saturday - so I'm considering our options - if someone doesn't speak up for Idaho, we could just make it down to SLC for the evening and do an event like Motif there, and then get up early to head down to Moab in the morning. -
