Hi, I'm sponsoring an amazing group of bellydancers (who also do fire) here in Bend on March 31. They are Unmata, from Sacramento, CA. They'll be coming up Friday and mentioned they'd love to do a short (15 minute) fire set someplace....I was thinking MIrror Pond cause I know it's done there...but I'm not sure what the protocol is for having fire in the city, I don't know if other local fire groups would be performing that night and I don't want to step on ANYONE'S toes!!

Fireflyte was suggested as a good contact for info...but I don't have any clue how to go about it...can someone help??
