I not really pissed off, but I am frustrated.
In 1995 I fainted, hit my tooth on a slate bench and knocked out 3/4 of the tooth. I got it repaired and you can't really notice it, all is well. Last November I went to the dentist to get a little bit of the tooth fixed where it had become rough feeling. Anyhow, eventually I get a letter back from the health insurance company saying that they won't pay for a repair because with that type of repair you would normally get filling and other stuff done. The filling and other stuff I didn't need so didn't get, which saved them money. Now they won't pay for the bit that I did get.
Fark.

Tue, February 12, 2008 - 8:39 PMThat's like our country's welfare/healthcare system. They will pay medical bills for a teenager who gets pregnant, then support her and her child with food, cash assistance and free medical care including prescriptions.
But they won't pay for birth control.
