I had a problem with my press so I turn on the red light which is visible no matter where you are on the floor. Every press has one.
I wait ten minutes for help so I hunt a tech down. They're BS'ing in the tool room.
What pisses me off is, I get crap if I don't make at least 85% production but I can't do my job if the those guys aren't doing their job.
I filed a formal complaint to the CEO.
Now, Roger is a nice guy, but he's the CEO and he has to tell the Board of Directors why, what, how come and stuff, y'know?
Any time you want you have his attention.
He told me he would jump their asses about this as I wasn't the first to pitch a bitch about it.
I don't want to scald anybody's ass, but, WTF, do your job so I can do mine.
I like the techs personally but that's not at work.
I'm at work and I'm here to make money to pay rent and stuff. I ain't here to socialize, this is my job.
We can have fun and BS at work but that's beside the point.
