O Lungo Drom was made when I was trying a custom for Basina--tweaked it a bit and found a color I adore.
So, I am finally giving myself a Glitter Raks color (hehehehe...).
O Lungo Drom's picture is coming soon, but it's a brownish/reddish/gold color, with dark lights of chocolate. Think like old bricks with gold.
O Lungo Drom is my culture's word for "the long road," which, if you see our flag (earth and sky and wagon wheel) is an apt summation of our lives. Proceeds will go to Romani charities, such as Voice of Roma and Children of the Son.

The ''eu'' sound just has a tough existance in the English language.

Sat, April 5, 2008 - 11:14 AMYou would not believe how many times people say I say Deussen wrong---I just look at them in disbelief...and try not to giggle :) It's like when people correct my friend on her German--she's from Berlin, and she smiles politely and puts on a dead on American accent and says, "Oh, yes! I must have pronounced it wrong!" Hehehehe...I'm sure you run into the same Christine. -
