For SOME reason, the brown recycled packaging is NOT reaching it's destinations. You know, the earth friendly cardboardy-brown padded envelopes?

Have any of you had this issue? The light colored ones, great. The dark are AWOL. You guys have this issue?

ALSO have learned the hard way (poor Carmel) that apparently, if you put your "Eye Kandy" in your header of your return address, they randomly check and will run your business license to ensure it's an entity name. GET YOUR LICENSES. AND, (poor carmel again) if you use Priority mail boxes and cover up the priority mail emblems, the post office somehow psychically knows it's us mail and sends it to NY, then right back to you.
