Please note, I've had several complaints come to me about a particular unauthorized vendor of Eye Kandy at several bellydance events.

As we all know as distributors, ONE distributor per event, and whomever was there the years before, OR, in the case of a new venue for Eye Kandy, whomever FIRST officially registered with the venue as selling specifically Eye Kandy, has the table.

If you are at a venue where you are the official Eye Kandy vendor, and there is another vendor there trying to sell Eye Kandy, you are in full right to request them to remove the display and they must, by company policy, comply.

We have had issues, as reported to me and to the CEO's, with Cleopatra's Closet vending unauthorized (they are no longer authorized distributors, retailers, vendors, etc. of Eye Kandy, as confirmed by the CEO's), and in one case reported to me, refusing to remove their display when asked by the legitimate vendor. They are a legitimate store, yes, but they are NOT authorized distributors for Eye Kandy, LLC.

They were selling at Spring Caravan, as well as several other events as well, unauthorized, while there was an authorized vendor there, as well as the fact that simply they are not to be selling it any more.

Please do not buy or support (Cleopatra's Closet had the new bags, so it is clear that one of our own is supplying Cleopatra's Closet with stock, which hurts all our business) from unauthorized vendors. This damages the reputation of the company, the authorized distributors, and creates mayhem for the people who put on these events. Also, those who ARE supplying unauthorized vendors with stock and materials from Eye Kandy, LLC, will have their distributorship privledges terminated by the company.
