    In one way, this is very good news, this is sound science coming from the people that should know, such a nice change from all the hype. It also shows that Solar variation is being acknowledged to be the primary forcing agent of global temperature change. The correlation between
    lack of sunspots, and a colder Earth, is far from new.
    Most importantly, we can now get our priorities right, and start to plan for the likely implications of the impending cooling. This will naturally
    include drought. Reference for US plains and African drought;
