Hi there.
Thank you all for joining me here. It'll take some time to "rebuild", but I suspect that things will again become something of which to be proud, eventually.
Please feel free to contribute as you always have.
Love and Respect,
Tom

Re: Welcome.
Tue, August 28, 2007 - 7:11 PMWelcome to our new members. We've been quiet for a while. If you feel like talking about things, please, speak up. The guidelines for this tribe are clearly laid out in the tribe's mission statement, right below the tribe name on the main page. If you take a while to search the previous threads, paying particular attention to those threads which have had many responses in them, you'll see that we have some VERY articulate, intelligent people here. There are several years of discussions worth reading on various topics, if you take the time to look past the first page of discussion topics here.
Again, welcome.
Love and Respect,
T

Tue, May 3, 2005 - 12:47 PMLadies, YOU are what makes this space wonderful. YOU are why I do this. YOU are that Divine Beauty that allows me to be who I am. Thank you ALL for joining us, ladies.
I love you all (and I do NOT use that word lightly- it seems most are unable to believe it possible for one to love many, or to love those he's never met, but those who DO know me in the physical world, know this to be true).
Love
Tom

Re: Welcome.
Wed, May 18, 2005 - 2:38 PMWelcome, Beki. I'm glad you've joined us.
I look forward to returning to the kind of conversations we had for so long in the other space. Your take on things is unique, even if, as with TigressSky, I disagree with you on occasion. It's the manner in which you choose to disagree that I find respectable.
Again, welcome all to our new space.
Love and Respect,

Re: Welcome.
Wed, May 18, 2005 - 10:18 PMHi everyone! I want to thank Tom for inviting me (and remind him that I adore him beyond the ability for any spoken language to express! *GRIN*), and to greet everyone else (*waves*). I probably wont post often.. despite my skill at speaking endlessly, I am nowhere as talkative in this medium..largely because as time goes on, my typing skills (maxed out at 24wpm just outta high school) seem to be deteriorating..LOL.
Anyway.....nice to meet you all!
PS to Tom....is it almost time?? *grin*
Love ya, darlin! -

Re: Welcome.
Thu, May 19, 2005 - 12:15 AMAndrea, daaahlink! Great that you could make it.
I think we've got a great group of people here, and there's some amazing minds and spirits in this space. We've actually succeeded, in my opinion, in creating the nearly mythological "Community Sacred Space" cross-bred with the extinct "Respectful Online Community". We are all honored that so many wonderful people have devoted as much of their time and energy to this space.
And Andrea, dear..... If you mean "is it almost time" for me to bottle this batch of mead, YES. It's beautiful and golden and waiting for bottles and shipping containers. This stuff is gonna need a month or so in the bottle to mellow. I know I promised you a bottle back in November, but I ran into a bottle-capper disaster (I'm too cheap to spend another $12 when I know the other one is around here SOMEwhere ;o).
You're not the only one who missed out, dear Andrea. About a dozen people are just as bummed, and some even accused me of drinking it myself. Of course I'd NEVER do a think like that, right? I only MAKE the stuff. I can't bring myself to drink it. Mead is such a vile concoction...... NOT! Actually, it seems that I've just suddenly become a cheap bastard. Someday I'll win the lottery and send this stuff out.
Or did you mean "is it almost time" for me to win the lottery and open the First Church of the Sacred Mead and its subsidiary- Nectar of the Gods Ministries ;o)? I can think of a few people off the top of my head who'd make great priestesses. Hmmmm, gotta think about that one. ;o] I guess we'll need a Florida office, and someone to run it, too.... heh heh.
Anyway.... Glad you could join us, Andrea. Take your time looking around and see what we've been doing. Feel free to join in when you think you've got something to say. Take a read of the tribe's entire mission statement if you're unsure of what the tribe's parameters are.
You are still wonderful, dear friend.
Love and Respect,
T -

Mon, May 30, 2005 - 10:18 PMTom,
Thanks again for the invite, I know I was scarce (and quiet!) for a while...it's been quite a year. When things settle down, you'll be hearing more from me again.
Hi to all the new people!

Re: Welcome.
Fri, August 4, 2006 - 12:11 AMWow, this thread's been in limbo for over a year, but hey, let's welcome the newer members who have joined us since then.
Folks, I'd like to extend a warm welcome to the dozens of new members in recent months, and tell you all that we look forward to your participation. Feel free to look through the "old topics" and revive any that you feel are worthy of continued discussion, or create a new topic that's pertinent to this tribe.
We all look forward to your participation. This tribe has been a magical place in the past, and there's always something new to discover here, and viewpoints that are rarely considered. The crowd here has done a masterful job of keeping things respectful and on-topic, although occasionally that means we have some slow spells.
Please, take a moment to introduce yourselves if you've never done so before. I'm certain if you tell us a little about yourself, that alone can stimulate some interesting goddess-related discussion.
Love and Respect,
Tom
