  PS: If anyone knows I how can order the movies (DVDs) of Zena (Inta Habibi) and Azize. I would like to add these movies to my Classical Egyptian DVD collection. Which is getting quite large, thanks to www.fineartfilm.com

    maqam.com has some old movies.
    my favorite DVD of egyptian bellydance movie clips is the saut wa soora one titled:
    Classics of Samia, Tahia and more.
    Dahlal sells it.
    It's fantastic. My favorite clips are the dream sequence with Samia, Tahia's dance in a nightclub, and Naima's dance at a wedding with a large group and her dance to Tamrhenna.
    I don't know what movies the others are from.

    ooohhh, thanks for sharing, aswan. she is fabulous and I've never even heard of her! you can see so many things that are still used in even ultra modern cairo style today! I LIKE her moves!

      I'm working on Volume No. 2. :-)
