have trouble with their status going from online to offline while online?
I will be on Tribe and one second my star is lit, next it's off. I then have to close my browser and reopen another and go back into tribe to get it back on. Even still this does not ensure that it will stay on.
Does it run on batteries?

Tue, April 29, 2008 - 7:35 PMThe server batteries are indeed weak, that is one reason Tribe is being reinvented. The backend DB, also known as the energizer mule, is over capacity as well. -

Same for my sweetie--it looks like someone is home even when he isn't.

Tue, April 29, 2008 - 9:51 PMMine has a mind of it's own. Sometimes lit when I'm here, sometimes not, sometimes over here by itself. I've noticed some people seem to be online for weeks without end. More often than that, those people use apples. Weird. -

Wed, April 30, 2008 - 4:08 AMIt happens to me sometimes.. but I see the light more as a rough guide more than an arbitrary statement.. more it indicates the person *might* be on-line.. oh ..and that tribe is alive and working... Sorta :)
Many lights are simply signs of profile possession - as you say. .they have a mind of their own ..
