He was a US Army veteran, Appalachian folklorist and respected writer. The cause of death at this time, is unknown. The family of Will Cumberland sends out it's gratitude to his family, friends, workers and fellows. <br/> <br/>Well known for his work in Bluegrass and Folk music, Will was the main media publicist and manager of the band, Snake Oil Medicine Show. He supported Appalachian cultural revitalization, Celtic studies and folklore. <br/> <br/>A spokesperson of the family said that they do not wished to be contacted at this time. All the other tribes that talk about Croatan are awesome!!
