there's an elixer that i drink every morning
i drink half of it before my yoga and the other half when i'm done
it's awsome, super alkalizing and way easy to do..
the best part is none of it needs refridgeration, so you can take it on the road!
i call it my morning alchemy:
large mason jar or shaker 3/4 filled with clean pure water
1 oz. apple cider vinegar
1 T. VitaMineral Greens or equivalent super green food
1 T. Maca powder
1 T. Brewers yeast
1 T. local bee pollen
1 packet emegen c
1/2 T. bio available vit c powder
1/3 t. cayenne
1/4 t. msm
1/2 a lemon's juice or top off with any juice around
put a lid on it
shake it about 108 times
enjoy!

I am a little confused: why would this combination be super alkalizing?
