Many people have noticed an increase in goose bumps lately. I've been getting them so often and so intensely lately.
Sometimes I'll get them coming in from my head and shoulders and going down to my calves and then moving back up, or if I concentrate I can move them around or hold them in a place for awhile. Other times they'll start in my legs or near my waste and work up and out my head.
Goose bumps and the chills have been said to be a sign that what was said or done or heard, was truth. It might also be, and this is my personal opinion, that they are part of the process of ascension or moving to a higher dimension and vibration. This is a discussion for those who have been getting the chills more than usual..
