Now that the Lincoln County Grill has closed down I have no green or red chile connection. Does anyone know of any in the North Dallas area? There are lots of California style and Mexico City style restaraunts, but no New Mexico style that I have found. The local tex-mex restaraunts use relly old chile (so old it's brown instead of red) or some other kind of pepper.
