I've been thinking about doing another Green Movie Night at my house real soon and wanted to hear from ya'll about who would be interested in attending and what day (Friday or Saturday) works best for you. I haven't picked a date yet, but the movie I want to present is "Who Killed the Electric Car", also I might be persuaded to do another if you guys want to make it a marathon event.
I will be providing dinner--I'm thinking veggie lasagna, yum! The usual format is that everyone kicks down $5-7 to defray the cost of food. This is a suggestion only and is not meant to be interpreted as selling. This distinction is important because I don't need to go to jail :)
So . . . sometime in the month of February, either a Friday or Saturday evening . . . let me hear from you and then I will pick a final date.

Re: Green Movie Night
01/29You know that I'm always up for stuff like that, especially when your Lasagna is involved...
Who killed the electric car is one of my fav "green" docs, the other is Nobelity which I might just pick up if anybody is interested in seeing that one too at some point.
Both of them offer a lot of ideas to chew on. -

Re: Green Movie Night
01/29Nobelity sounds good, or I was also thinking of one of the many documentaries that reminds us of why this planet is so great and worth saving, like Blue Planet, or Nature's documentary, Echo of the Elephants.
So, I'm putting forth Febraury 22nd or 23rd as possible options for our movie night. Any comments? -

Re: Green Movie Night
01/31Yeah, I agree, those movies for sure make it hard not to think about whats happening here.
So, is there anybody else so far? My vote goes for Saturday but thats not concrete if anyone else has another preference. There is a cool doc on H.P Lovecraft playing downtown on Friday which is my only reason for thinkin' the 23rd ;-p -

Re: Green Movie Night
01/31I'm down for Saturday, and since no one else has responded yet I guess they've lost their say! Nah, just kidding.

02/19Final warning! GreenDrinks Movie Night is commencing this Saturday. Please feel free to bring a 6-pack or bottle of wine to share, I'm certain it will be appreciated by all.
Oh--Aaron, don't forget that bottle of wine we left in your car! :) -

This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded.
Re: Green Movie Night
02/19Oh, yeah, and Aaron--feel free to bring Nobelity as well. I don't know how late everyone will be staying, but I'm up for a late night if you are!
