Hi there. Yes, those variations are the level changes and you have correctly named them. :-) As far as the music goes, all the music used on our technique videos are Gypsy Caravan tracks. For Volume 3 it was a combination from "Migration", "Caravan Rhythms" (which has been remixed and if you don't have a copy you should. the tracks are fun!) and "Awakening". If you want to know the name of a particular track, let me know where you are in the video and I can report back. You might have to email me directly though as I don't check into Tribe that often it seems!
