Sun, May 20, 2007 - 1:17 AMSimidae,
I am not certain what you mean? To which 'arrays' do you refer?
This is a small, however, more well-known list of the sensor arrays which Alaska University, US Space Command (collectively known as HAARP), operate for military space-weather awareness.
450 MHz Steerable Yagi array (HAARP - Nome AFB)
238 MHz Steerable Yaga array (HAARP - US Space Command)
19 Flux-gate magnetometer array (HAARP- PF Research Range)
256 RIOmeter array (HAARP - PF Research Range)
150 km Forward Scatter Scintilation Monitor (HAARP - Nome AFB, PF Research Range)
Is this what you intend, or are you are referring to the DeMarco Array in Costa Rica? And as I recall from my research, the French are also operating a high lattitude high energy auroral ionospheric physics research station, and of course the Russians have several in operation across the Bering Sea.
In my work, I am GPS engineer for a major aerospace corporation, I use HAARP almost daily, as all of the cell-phone providers such as Qualcomm, Verizon, T-Mobile, Cingular as well as the airlines, anybody who has high altitude contact or passes their information beams (cell-phone provider space-vehicles), world civilian and military GPS systems. The HAARP research center, as well as those operated by other countries, provide high energy environmental metrology data to people like myself. In about five years, the new L2C GPS system will become available for public user-segment usage. I am one of the engineers who is making L2C functional. The HAARP sensor data is instrumental in making the new L2C system functional.
For some reason, which I can't fathom, think HAARP is bad for Humanity. It is funded by the American Public, operated by a civilian academic university and they share their instrument data openly and freely with anyone who has interest to know it..
Just thought you might be interested to know someone who actually has contact with HAARP, knows how it works, uses it, and how it is being used. Some might argue that GPS is another way for controlling humans, however, I use GPS so I can find my favorite underground dance-halls in the middle of the night, or to go to Burning Man, 866 miles away.
