I'mnot talking about a "war on terrorism" or any war that resembles our traditional understanding of it. We aren't yet aware that this war is happening.

Back In 1970, former National Security advisor ZbigniewBrzezinskiwrote in Between Two Ages, that:
'By the year 2018,technology will make available to the leaders of the major nations, a variety oftechniques for conductingsecret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised. One nation may attack a competitor covertly by bacteriological means, thoroughly weakening the population (though with a minimum of fatalities) before taking over with its own armed forces. Alternatively, techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm..."
In this same book we also find this quote:
“The technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values. Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities.”
It's now thirty-eight years later. In addition to "techniques of weather modification" , and a capacity to "attack a competitor covertly by bacteriological means", we also have electromagnetic weapons with which to transmit effects such as earthquake induction across intercontinental distances with force levels equivalent to major nuclear explosions.
Military documents reveal that current tactics and strategies may not simply aim to kill people. Chronically sick people are more useful than dead people. Chronically sick people need expensive drugs and can make good slaves of the state. Weather control is now part of the modern arsenal, as are earthquakes and other "natural" disasters. With weapons like these, regular people won't even know who is attacking who. We've entered the age of secret warfare.

Traditional war destroys infrastructure. Today's warmongers may not want to destroy infrastructure for a variety of reasons.

We've all learned about how World War Two was actually a continuation of World War One. It now appears that World War Three is also a continuation of these wars. It's another plan for "world order" and world eugenics, but it uses more effective methods. The war and the eugenics program are being implemented in hidden ways this time around.

Nazi's aren't behind this next World War. It's the type of people who financed the Nazis who are behind it. These people are adept at using capitalists, communists, fascists, religious fanatics, or anarchists when it suits their purposes. Don't be fooled by these labels. These guys have probably infiltrated the Vatican. Labels like "Nazi" can provide a smokescreen for their activities.

After WW2, much of the huge Nazi war chest was invested in chemical and pharmaceutical companies.

They say “follow the money” if you want to see what is really happening. Economics scholar Antony Suttondid just that. He found that it was primarily certain bankers who funded the Nazis in the first place. (It seems unbelievable, I know, but the scholarship and research are there to back up his assertions. There was a lot of Nazi war money left after WW2 and much of it was invested in American drug companies.

It appears that chemtrails are sometimes sprayed with stealth technology. There are several different types of both aerosols and sprayers.

It is important is to understand that awarmongering elite uses war as a social and economic engineering tool. They depend on this tool and probably don't know how to function without it. They don’t really respect national, religious, or individual rights and identities. They know that successful war requires a constant updating of weapons and strategies. The aerosol operation appears to be a part of this modern arsenal.

Tesla's Earthquake Machine

The other day I was flipping through the channels (hate to admit it), but came across mention of my man, Nikola Tesla. Of course, I was intrigued. It was on Discovery Channel's program, "Mythbusters". In this episode they set out to build and test Tesla's patented and legendary "earthquake machine", which weighed only six pounds. Tesla claimed he built one and attached it to a steel beam in his large building. He then tuned the machine, searching for a frequency of oscillation that would resonate with the steel structure. After a while he found the right frequency and the entire building started to quake violently. He had to take a hammer to the machine to get it to stop. Residents of the building evacuated and the police and fire department reported to the scene. The hosts of the show, who set out each week to, more or less, scientifically disprove common "myths" and legends, didn't follow the patent exactly and made two machines that didn't work. Then another guy built it and they finally had something that was producing results. A six pound, hand-held machine that was causing a massive steel beam to oscillate violently. They found a large steel bridge to test it on (I'm not sure which bridge it was, but it was massive). After tuning the machine extensively, they finally found a frequency that resonated with the structure and everything on the bridge was vibrating. A six pound machine was producing a rythmic vibration over a hundred feet from its location. They said it felt like a semi-truck was going by...constantly. Nevertheless, they "disproved the myth", because it didn't exactly cause an earthquake. Maybe not, but something else could.

If you're like most people, you're not sure who Tesla is. Nikola Tesla is arguably the greatest inventive genius of the modern age. That's because he invented most of the technology we depend on every day, like alternating current electricity, radio, x-ray, etc... "Tesla's inventions and discoveries also formed the basis of modern robotics, radar, most forms of wireless communications, loudspeakers and more. Few of these breakthroughs are credited to the inventor, even today." So why don't you know about him? It is apparent that many of Tesla's inventions and discoveries were developed far after his death and are still being developed and expanded upon today.

So here's the significance of the "Earthquake Machine". If a six pound pneumatic device can cause a large steel building to quake and an enormous bridge to vibrate rythmically and consistently throughout, then what would it take to vibrate an existing fault enough to cause it to give out? Well, my friends, I think that technology has been around for a while now. It's called HAARP. HAARP sends controlled and tuned bursts or streams of high frequency (HF) radio energy at Earth's ionosphere. The enormous amount of energy added to the ionosphere creates a tuned vibration which then is directed around the globe on the jet-streams. Where ever this enormous vibration ends up it creates extremely low frequency (ELF) waves which travel down to the earth. (It can also send down LF, HF, VHF, UHF) Using this method, HAARP is capable of extremely deep earth tomography: basically "x-raying" the earth. That much is not controversial. Well, what if they tune it to resonate with the geological features of a fault line, causing a violent vibration, which then causes the fault to give way? I'm not alone in believing this is entirely possible. It makes perfect sense. Tesla may have been a mad scientist, but he beileved he could literally split the earth in two, using this method.

That is, of course, not the only thing HAARP can do. It has a range of applications. Wanna know how to steer a hurricane? Heat the water along its path. HAARP can do that. HAARP can manipulate weather patters by heating land, air and sea, as well as by changing pressure levels in the upper atmosphere. Wanna shoot a giant bolt of electricity at a target... HAARP can do that. Wanna create an EMF blast to wipe out all electronics in an area? HAARP can do that. How about an EMF blast that will kill all living creatures, but won't damage structures? Wanna put up a "missile shield" over your country? What else? Wanna send down some of the extensively researched psychoactive and biophysically active frequencies, to create "non-lethal" effects on huge areas of people, all at once? Then you need HAARP.

That's why HAARP is so dangerous.

Schumann Resonance -Ben Lonetree

It is my hope this book will explain in layman’s terms what Schumann Resonance is all about and how it played a role in our well being before the advent of modern day Electromagnetic pollution. First an explanation of Schumann Resonance is in order. Schumann is a product of lightning discharges occurring in the Earth’s Ionospheric Cavity. Simply put, picture the surface of the Earth as the surface of a big ball. Above the Earth we have the atmosphere . The atmosphere is composed of layers, one being the Ionosphere. This layer has the ability to act as a reflector or mirror.

Picture this layer as another ball surrounding the ball we call Earth. Between the surface of the Earth or inner ball and the D-Layer or outer ball we end up with a cavity or hollow area. This cavity contains the air we breathe and where weather is created. At any given second somewhere on the planet up to one hundred lightning discharges are occurring. As a product of the shape, volume and area of the cavity, seven independent resonances or vibrations occur as a result of lightning discharge. To explain it another way picture a bell. The inside or hollow area of the bell when struck by the clapper produces a sound or vibration. Usually just one fundamental tone is produced. The Earth’s Ionospheric cavity however produces seven independent sounds or vibrations as a product of lightning acting just as the clapper striking the bell.

The seven resonances or vibrations occur at the following frequencies: The first at 7. 83 Hz. or cycles. The second at 14 Hz. The third at 21 Hz. The fourth at 26 Hz. The fifth at 31 to 33 Hz. The sixth at 39 Hz. And the seventh at 45 Hz. Some like to refer to resonances after the first as harmonics. This is not quite true. They are related Mathematically but are not true harmonics. Each one is it’s own vibration and not a product of the first resonance at 7. 83 Hz. Others like to refer to Schumann Resonance as the Earth’s heartbeat or pulse. Another nice thought but the Earth’s own resonant vibration is closer to 10 Hz. or cycles. The mass and shape of the Earth play a role in Schumann Resonance but they are not the heartbeat. Personally I refer to the resonances as the Earth’s Voice.

One would think these vibrational resonances occur only when lightning abounds. This is not the case. The resonances in scientific terminology are actually standing waves. Constant as long as lightning the catalyst keeps ringing the Ionospheric Cavity.

I moved to the Desert Southwest in 1999 to experience the desert with all its history and mystery. Being involved with a project in Flagstaff, my love of seeing new places brought me to Sedona. I had heard of its beauty and magic back in my native Midwest but was amazed at what else I discovered. Another research project I am involved with is listening to Sferics. Short for atmospherics.

Without going into detail, listening to our atmosphere is listening to all the electrical discharges occurring at very low frequencies. The electronic equipment necessary is quite uncomplicated. One evening while listening to Sferics I noticed they were extremely strong in comparison to what I observe back in the Midwest. Several trips to the same location in Sedona produced identical results.

Additional observations in Sedona once again confirmed very low frequencies were enhanced at times. Visiting a few of the local stores I noticed quite a few books were dedicated to Vortex Energy. Several were purchased written by different authors. Though the contents aroused my curiosity they did not satisfy my scientific need to either prove or disprove Vortex existence.

I had no idea this need would take another three years to produce results. The first year was spent reading publication after publication on Power Spots and Sacred Sites.

Correspondence with several Schumann Resonance Experts likewise ensued. One expert mentioned the possibility of Schumann Resonance being enhanced in a given location provided there was a very large deposit of a Magnetic substance close to the surface of the Earth.

OK … A large Magnetic Deposit close to the surface of the Earth. Why not?

Sedona is full of rock formations composed of Iron Oxide and Silicon. Many other metals and minerals abound so why not a big piece of Magnetite several feet below the surface? Finding a large Magnetic deposit turned out to be more than walking around with a compass waiting for it to spin in circles.

At this time I met another Schumann Resonance researcher from Flagstaff who told of an experience while he was in England at Stonehenge. Equipped with his electronic gear to observe the resonances he noticed they were affected at Stonehenge in comparison to other locations. Another thought entered my mind. If very low frequencies were being enhanced in Sedona why not ultra low frequencies as well? Schumann Resonance occupies a range known as ultra low frequencies.

Design and construction of necessary equipment for the observation of Schumann Resonance proved to be quite an undertaking. Not something you can purchase at your local electronic store. Details of all the equipment used for this research can be found on my web site, listed at the end of this book.

Let’s discuss Schumann Resonance a bit more. Schumann is the scientist credited with first observing these vibrations back in 1952. Since then, it is now known Nikola Tesla discussed their existence many years prior to Schumann. It is my belief the ancients new of their existence thousands of years ago and learned to use these vibrations to their benefit. Chambers have been found within some of the minor pyramids in Egypt where certain sounds cause the chambers to resonate. Likewise I believe certain chambers were used to focus Schumann Resonance for the benefit of those meditating inside. An excellent book by Christopher Dunn called " The Giza Power Plant " sheds light on this subject.

Consider our Human brain waves, Alpha and Theta in particular. I am not the first to speculate Schumann Resonance can alter brain wave activity in Humans. Many others have made this claim but to my knowledge this is the first scientific study to either prove or disprove the idea. Alpha occupies a frequency range of approximately 8 to 13 Hz. Theta a frequency of 4 to 7 Hz. Delta a frequency of 1 to 3 Hz. and Beta a frequency of 18 to 22 Hz.

These four brain waves fall within the range of at least the first three Schumann Resonances. If we consider high Beta brain wave activity, “above 22 Hz.“ more resonances can be utilized. One of Dr. Schumann’s students came up with the theory that our nervous systems and brain waves developed as a process of being subjected to the Resonances. An interesting concept but we should keep in mind these vibrations are six times less than the Earth’s magnetic field in intensity! Very subtle indeed to say the least.

On the other hand if we were located at a place where these vibrations were enhanced (amplified), then it is possible they could interact and influence brain wave activity.

Throughout the ages humanity has sought out the prophecies of the spiritually gifted to instil a clear hope and vision into life. During this time many prophecies come to us trying to lead us in many different directions.
Some prophecy points to disaster, hopelessness and the annihilation of mankind. But other prophecies create a vision of joyful transformation through quantum leaps into love and light.
As things stand now, the human race is dreaming a hell.
But as individuals and as a collective humanity it is our potential to dream of paradise and to create the kingdom of heaven on our Mother Earth.
Could it be that the pain in our hearts caused by the hell we have created will spur us on into visions and creations of a world formed in love?
It is my prayer and dream, along with a multitude of others who have taught me to dream the Rainbow dream, that each and every one of you learn to dream both while awake and sleeping, the dream of unity and love through divine transformation.

PART TWO ~
The critical time. The time of the animal. The time of Tuwalananie, the dark force.
The reason for this is that seeds of light have been planted and we are starting to grow and the teachings are starting to come out and all those ones who have taught partial truths, who have taught deliberate lies in history, are going to be threatened by the awakening of the Rainbow people because the Rainbow people exist in every country, in every nation, in every land.
The Dark Forces will be threatened and they will use their power and their power exists in technology. We are going to see new technology appearing which will be a tremendous threat to the survival of humanity.
We must exert our influence by gathering together and sharing our ideas and plans for alternative power and for world peace. If we put a double amount of energy with what we are for, we can change it. We can change it.

PART THREE ~
The time of human to human communication.
The time the human family finally starts to become human.
There will be more information brought out into open format than has ever been seen on this planet.
We will re-establish contact in a very knowledgeable way with our ancestors from the stars.
So mark that down because it will happen. The first contact will be with the Pleiades and will be totally acknowledged and will be known to all the world powers. The second contact will be with Sirius.

PART FOUR ~
When truth seekers begin to open the veil of the crack between the worlds, we will see our memory circles.
Many of the leaders who are trying to keep us locked in the past, will not function today, will fall.
Many teachers and wise people will be seen for who they are and they will be the farmers, the labourers and the gas station attendants because the tagashala will be fully awakened.
People will begin to link up with other people in gathering together circles.
Many of these will be the so-called 'common people' and not the teachers you see up there now.

PART FIVE ~
The various winged serpent wheels will begin to turn, to dance once again and when they do the rainbow lights will be seen in dreams all over the world and these rainbow light dreams will help awaken the rest of humanity.
We will sit in a new circle of law.
All civil and social laws will have to be in conformity with natural laws or the people will not accept them and they will have the enlightenment necessary to reject those laws.
Science will once again become metaphysics. They will discover four laws that will help them jump to universal law and transcend the time-space continuum which is the limitation of the age and once again we will begin to take our power and to work with rules and laws that are cosmic laws.

PART SIX ~
We will once again see the way to continue a new dream.
We will be given the road map back to the stars and we will see the star people come out of the illusion of their two-legged form and into their actual great sleeper-dreamer form.
A powerful time approaches humanity and its really hard for me to talk about it.
I am a great dreamer but I don’t know if I dream that large.
We will see a real shift in planetary consciousness.
Many of the enemies of the humans will begin to drop away.
We will totally gain the light of the great light wheel.
There will be one humanity, one planet composed of all the different ways of dancing in complete harmony in the great gathering together circle.
All the seeds will be planted.
The Earth will have its true reality formed.
It will join the sisterhood of planets, the daughters of Copperwoman and it will create within itself all forms of all things in harmony with the everything.
We will see a whole new way of perfection.
There will be plants on this grandmother earth that will give life and sustenance as never before seen.
Starvation on the earth, all those things will be gone. There will be total balance and harmony.

PART SEVEN ~
The new race of humans will begin to design their new reality of life on this planet as they intended it to be when they first came here from the stars.
We will begin to establish this planet and use the collective consciousness to hold the power of this space in harmony with the Great Circle of Twelve and all the planets. There is a whole lot I don’t even know. There is more that I am not supposed to talk about yet.
The dream will be actualised and this planet will hold its space in the great council of planets and become a part of the universal enlightened sisterhood and brotherhood of humanity and keepers of the light circles. It's happened on many planets and it's expected to happen on a lot of other planets.
There will be a moment when the population will be 'the' Population, and something great will happen.
This planet will have its design of energy movement guided by all of humanity living here.

The Great Spirit will leave its seed and the egg of everything here on this planet and it will create itself 20 times over at the speed of light and this prophecy ends as I have been given it by the Grandmothers that I share with you now.

I hope many people will send the Vision of Freedom to friends.

I have been involved with the Rainbow Dream Vision of Hope and Freedom since 1984. In that year, three musicians came into my one-man printing and publishing office, and said, "You really must look at this." They seemed a little (funny how life is at times) like the three wise people bringing gifts. Two days later I was distributing copies at a conference, and like me, people were amazed and astonished.

That's when my life started to be 'larger than life'.
And, in 1987, I went to visit the Hopi in Arizona, North America.

As I drove in from the west, an older man sitting by the roadside waved down my car... later, it felt to me that I was expected. He took me to meet Qwa David Monongye, and in the evening I was taken to a ceremony in the kiva. A dozen or more men descended from a ladder in the roof, and formed up in an arc of a circle.

They faced one direction, towards one of the ends of the arc, and started a slow foot-shuffling dance. Then fairly suddenly, domino-effect, turned one-by-one 180 degrees to face the other end of the arc. At that point I very nearly fell off my chair ... something had hit me. A year or more later, thinking about it, the realisation seemed to be: 'We can change the direction the world is going in. It is possible.'

I drove off, eastwards, along the Hopi mesas to find somewhere to park up, and sleep the night. In the morning I got out of the car, and was surprised to see the face of the large rock only feet from the car had a carving on it. This was the Hopi's 'Prophecy Stone', and it shows people moving in a direction, and the path splitting into two. One path goes nowhere, it fades out. But the other path goes on, and corn symbols by the path indicate that this route leads to life and prosperity.

Many other unusual and significant things occurred out there in this ancient place where it feels like time had stopped. Indeed, after visiting the oldest township on the Hopi mesas ~ a tall, sharp-ended mesa, rather like a ship of the desert ~ my watch stopped, and never worked again. There is much more that happened.

In 1986 ~ the year before my first visit to the Hopi ~ I was within sixty feet of three disc craft, for around 25 minutes. This too, was like events were coming together to inform me of something significant, something much bigger than myself. In 1993, with friends, we were very close to craft in the area of the crop patterns of mid southern England on several occasions.

Since 1993, on most days when I first step out of doors I frequently see one or more flashes in the sky, seemingly from a source fairly close, and at a lowish elevation. I have always taken the flashes to indicate the locations of disc craft which are 'parked up' and are stationary. In 2007, possibly because I was loaned a camera with an unusual infra-red setting, many craft and aerial objects started to appear in my general scenic photographs. (A) The Rainbow Dream Vision says: "We can change it (the direction the world is going). If we put a DOUBLE amount of effort into what we are for."

(B) The Hopi Nation has a prophecy stone which predicts the world will come to a time of choice. And if we choose the good direction, we can go on into a good life.

(C) The craft appearing all over the world, seem to be waiting and watching. To see if we can figure things out. To see if we can: 'Seize The Day'.

The writing is on the wall, and it says: 'We can change direction.'

I suggest that you all learn to meditate and pray everyday! Or, if you aren't religious or a believer in God as such, then please hold and send "good vibes"! The more light and love you hold in your body-mind, the more you spread worldwide.
Worldwide enlightenment is happening, now. It comes in waves. I believe that THIS will cancel out all those bad ol' HAARP waves.
Yes, it is our CONSCIOUSNESS of love, peace, prosperity, and friendship or intimacy and pleasure, which will end the war, clean up all the pollution, and help us attract all the money, friends, and opportunities we need.

Hey yooz,

Here's something for those of you who may be interested to know something regarding electromagnetic radiation in the Human environ. Remember, HAARP is nothing more than an array of 6 x 8 (48) 450 MHz VHF (broadcast TV and not as powerful) transmitters pointed at the high lattitude region of the ionosphere where the ion flux and solar wind (plasma) merge following the geomagnetic field of the Earth around to the pole.

Myself being an engineer and an environmentalist, I have studied the electromagnetic as well as other Earth environmental spectra since around 1992. My interests started when I decided to write a technical book on how to instrument ET objects and while researching the subject became increasingly aware of the need to understand why and how Humans are interacting within the Earth environment and the interactive results of that interaction.

I studied HAARP for a different reason than that of most people's concern. Indeed, I discovered that HAARP has an online public accessible sensor array and I discovered that through the use of artificial-intellegence based post data processing software that I can correllate certain UFO sightings on certain lattitudes on Earth to the government supplied instrument data...heh heh heh!!!

With that aside, here is a technical resource for those of you who would rather ACTUALLY know something about the enviroment aside from that of what others TELL YOU. Something like reading the Old Testament in the original language it was written, ie, "Hebrew"...to see for yourself what was really written rather than what THEY TELL YOU IT SAYS... :o All the modern folks choose to ignore what it says, just too far out there for most, I mean, what does it really mean, for instance...dragons of death (translated as ANGEL OF DEATH in Latin) PASSING OVER the blood smeared front doors of people's houses. Source of Jewish PASS-OVER tradition. HAARP is the same way, just what does HAARP really do? Aside from what other people tell you?

My name is Rose and I have been researching HAARP since 2004. I was born and raised in Alaska and over the past 10 years I have observed and witnessed some very strange phenomena. Things are changing and I am scared. I remember sometime in the early 90's I went outside on a summer evening and was shocked to see the Northern lights. I had never seen them in the summertime. Well now it happens quite frequently. It's common knowledge that Alaska is at the "forefront of global warming".....not such a big surprise, considering what HAARP is doing ...I am afraid that we are some toasted guenna pigs up here. ........Rose

Relations between the US and Russia appeared to sink to a new low yesterday after Moscow angrily dismissed accusations that democracy in Russia had taken a "back step".
Russia's foreign ministry called the accusation by Mike McConnell, Washington's national intelligence director, in a speech to the US Senate's armed services committee on Tuesday, "outmoded" and "totally groundless".

Mr McConnell, an expert on the former Soviet Union, said Russia's president, Vladimir Putin, was preparing to fix next year's presidential elections so that the Kremlin's preferred candidate would win. "The march to democracy has taken a back step. And now there are more arrangements to control the process and the populace and the parties and so on, to the point of picking the next leader of Russia," Mr McConnell said, at a hearing to discuss global threats to the US.

"That's my worry, is the march toward democracy, the way we understand it ... now being controlled in a way that it is less of a democratic process."
Mr Putin had surrounded himself with "extremely conservative" advisers suspicious of America, he said.

Yesterday the Kremlin accused Mr McConnell of harbouring obsolete and outmoded notions about Russia.

The intelligence chief's assessments were "totally unfounded", the foreign ministry's spokesman, Andrei Krivtsov, said. The exchange came amid a sharp deterioration in US-Russian relations to what analysts said yesterday was probably their worst level since the US-led Nato bombing of Serbia in 1999.

Moscow has been angered by the US administration's plans to site two anti-missile interceptor and radar bases in Poland and the Czech Republic.

Mr Putin has ridiculed America's claim that the sites are meant to deter a possible rogue attack by North Korea or Iran and has said they are clearly aimed at Russia and its vast nuclear arsenal.

Last month he delivered his most scathing attack yet on US power. Speaking in Munich, he accused the US of acting unilaterally and seeking to become the world's sole decision-making "master".

Analysts said yesterday that public opinion on both sides was hardening.

"In Russia, Putin's speech has produced a tremendous effect among those who want Russian primacy and think in terms of Russia's empire," said Victor Kremenyuk, deputy director of Moscow's US-Canada Institute. "In the US, a growing number of people think that Russia has outwitted them. Instead of becoming a normal democratic state it has become an energy superpower. They see it both as a threat to the US and its allies in Europe."

Other observers said they expected the chill in US-Russian relations to go on beyond the Bush-Putin era. "I think we are very close to an arms race," Ivan Safranchuk, head of the Moscow bureau of the World Security Institute, a US thinktank, told the Guardian. "Neither side trusts the other. Russia reacts to the missile defence sites. The US reacts to Russia's reaction."

The government-owned newspaper Rossiiskaya Gazeta said on Wednesday that Russian scientists were alarmed by the US's High-frequency Active Auroral Research Programme, or Haarp. They believed US scientists were close to developing a system that would allow them to disrupt an enemy's entire nuclear capability using ionic rays. Russia was determined to develop a similar technology, the paper reported.

With increasing talk of a new cold war, Russia's political parties, including the Communists, agreed this week to suspend their differences on foreign policy.

"Russia has become stronger and America doesn't like it," Konstantin Kosachev, the head of parliament's foreign affairs committee, told Moskovsky Komsomolets, a mass-circulation daily. "They still have the same notions from the 1990s, when American became the only political power centre on the planet."

High Active Auroral Research Project. That's the official name for the government/military controlled monster mechanism which is sitting in a remote section of the Alaskan wilderness. Since this top secret project was exposed a few years ago, the government has attempted to propagandize all reports concerning HAARP and cover up the real horrors this ultra-advanced apparatus is capable of. As much as possible, I will attempt to avoid a long, technical and boring explanation of how it all works and get to the nuts and bolts of the matter.

HAARP is capable of blasting a super-charged, high frequency radio wave into the earth's atmosphere. This controllable [?] radio wave is so powerful and electromagnetically charged that it can actually lift the ionosphere while simultaneously heating it! The ionosphere is an electromagnetically charged shield that surrounds the earth's upper atmosphere. The ionosphere (ozone layer) protects the earth from deadly radiation and spikes emitted by the sun.

Even though there are several technologically advanced nations that have similar projects, the American "Big Blaster" in Alaska is the most powerful of them all. HAARP has been able to achieve such unprecedented high radio frequency blasts that all of it's,effects are not yet known. The government and military propaganda machine has neglected to tell the true story about HAARP. In their official reporting, they cite advanced HAARP communications capabilities for our military as a positive mechanism for national security. HAARP has the capability of being able to knock out all enemy communication systems with ultra-high frequency radio waves while simultaneously allowing our military to use these same destructive frequencies for it's own communications.

Some of the other "advantages" cited by government reports is the ability to locate underground installations, tunnels, oil reserves and such. This is done by bouncing the ultra-high frequency, HARRP generated beam off of the ionosphere. The rebounding beam will penetrate deep into the earth and produce computer readable data, which can be interpreted to show precise locations of underground structures and so forth. These legitimate sounding reasons for such a "Star War's" type of device may appear to be a good advantage for the U.S. in the event of war and to locate strategic oil and mineral deposits.
However, the potential for vast, destruction through use or misuse of this "HAARP from HELL" have been down- played, to say the least.

Some of these HARRP abilities were made possible by Bernard J. Eastlund, a Texas physicist who developed a method (U.S. patent # 4686605, "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere") This method allows the HARRP transmitters to concentrate the powerful radio frequencies into a beam. This beam is so accurate and powerful that it can deliver a million times more energy into a precise spot in the ionosphere than any other known ionospheric manipulator! April 8, 2006 -- Mysterious boom shakes Jackson County, Mississippi. People here haven't had anything rattle their world much since Katrina. But Friday morning, when "an extremely loud boom" shot through the air, people filed out of businesses to look up, a deputy climbed onto the roof of the courthouse scanning the horizon for plumes and the county civil defense director rushed home from Biloxi. The boom occurred at about 9:30 a.m. and shook windows of businesses along U.S. 90, trailers near the beach, industry along the river and was heard miles away in Hurley. Don Stewart, chief deputy with the sheriff's department, was stopped at a traffic light on Old Mobile Highway when it hit. "I was in a Ford Expedition, that's a big vehicle, and it felt like someone rear-ended me," Stewart said. "I got out and looked. There was no vehicle behind me. I knew I wasn't going crazy." Investigators and deputies evacuated the office trailers at the courthouse, and Maj. Mike Robichaux climbed on the roof to try and spot any source of the noise. Butch Loper, county civil defense director, tried to work it by phone as he rushed back to Jackson County. He was flooded with calls. His people contacted the usual suspects, the chemical plants, the refinery and the gas pipeline near Industrial Road. All reported nothing. Signal International, the industry that repairs oil rigs along the Pascagoula River, checked the rigs to make sure nothing had exploded, said one employee. Yesterday about 3:12p.m. here in Central California, there was a huge BOOM noise, the feeling like a 4.0+ earthquake (single jolt, not rolling) and the windows rattled like crazy, all at once. April 4, 2006 - San Diego, CA - A mysterious booming sound rocked the region Tuesday morning, causing a flurry of phone calls to authorities who couldn't explain the cause. "It sounded like someone was dropping a 500-pound bomb," said Sgt. J.T. Faulkner at the Poway Sheriff's Station. Officials said there was no definite evidence to link the blast about 8:55 a.m. to atmospheric conditions, earthquakes, sonic booms or explosions from artillery training at Camp Pendleton.

April 4, 2006 - San Diego, CA - It wasn’t an earthquake, and it wasn’t Marine Corps artillery practice. No one knows for sure what it was, but it rattled buildings and shook windows around San Diego County this morning [4/4/06]. The mysterious boom was heard or felt about 8:45 a.m. The county Sheriff and police departments around the area say they got dozens of calls asking what it was, but they didn’t know either. The Geological Survey says there were no earthquakes at the time and Camp Pendleton says, although exercises are going on, there were no explosions when the boom was heard. Officials at Marine Air Station Miramar say there were no flight operations in the area that could have caused a sonic boom. 5 day's before the storm.........they turned off the t.v. privledges.......after we saw the storm on the news\
4day's prior.they turned off the phones.................so we could not call out for help becouse they were leaveing us there

3 days prior........they moved me over to the Old Parrish prison.where they house capitol offender's only....I.... was a misdormeaner
2 days prior.......we had no idea how bad the storm had become.no t.v............no phones.
I started haveing a premonition while me and this terot card reader named Evil sat in the ever becomeing more crowded
corner.....he asked if I'd ever astol projected I said no...he said let me teach you..
we put our hands togeter and meditated ..he tought me how.........He asked if I could see his girlfreind out there.
I described her ...he even seemed amazed.........I told him she was on the street's.and she had two cat's in a backpack

again and again he came to me that night asking me if she was o.k...........then I saw it......

1 day prior.......They moved us all to the top floor..turned off the A.C...........We were packed like rats in a teir meant for 50 we had over 500
shoulder to shoulder....over 120degrees....they came in and thew a bag of rice crispy treats on the floor and quikly slammed the door closese ....we all nearly killed each other to get a bit.and that was our last meal.for the next 6 days
The morning of...........the power went out......the water went out...the toilets over flowed unto the floor....and that became our drinking water for the next 5 days.......I looked out the window and the storm had begun.I asked Evil if this was the hurricaine.he said no.he said.when you see that yellow pedestrain crossing sign out there start running...that'll be the hurricain........an hour latter...that sign was fopping back and forth so fast that the man icon on the sign was LITTERALLY RUNNING!!!!!!! then it blew awy staight up in the air.until it looked like a kite in the far off distance.........the small window got too foogy to see..but we could hear the God awfullist explosins and train sounds....it didn't last very long though.we thought we were in the eye.......the windows still foggyy.I grabed evil and said..........man is that water out there? it's moveing like Mississippie river........he loooked and said hell no.couldn't be.............but he was wrong..........We marked the water by the hour aginst a stone wall by the courthouse......a ft. per hour at least it rose that day and rose more (over for 3 days) we just knew we would die here
that night the guards came the the door and said we'er all trapped surrounded by 24 ft. of water..........
and this is word for word what they said............we don't give a fuck about you mother fuckers.we've got lived ones to think about.....so you bitches can burn this motherfucker down,rape, fucken kill eack other in there...we ain't comeing in there to get none of you....we know were getting sued and we'd dont' care if we lose our job.......gooby WE BEGGED FOR AT LEAST A FLASHLIGHT..THEY LAGHFT AND SHUT THE DOOR. I screamed...stooooooooooop.carbon monoxide.....they didn't care.......they started a tribal rythmatic beating on the walls......dancing around the fires..( my dad , who was in florida at the time recalls witchen CNN AND SEEING LIVE FOOTage of the priison on fire, saying to himself God I hope my son ain't in there, and that's exactly were I was) like a sceen from lord of the flies..............enemies were screeming at each other thought thew chicken wire that had had separrated them for these past year while they awaited trall...remmember this was a capitol offence teir.........they were saying thing to each other like yaaaaaa I killed your brother.I raped your mother ..........Then they started dragging people out to the back and rappeing them.....they would screem for a moment then it would stopp sudenly..we knew theere was a killing but it was to packed to see far
The they ripped the ceoiling out and everyone pulled oput the metal pipe casings from around the wires.sharpened on both ends we all now had swords and spears.........they ripped up the chichen wire in the back of the teir thsat separatted the enemies....

that lasted all night and reoccered every night for the next 5 days......I hid under a table that night with a lot of othe scare white boy's...they were holding on to me so tight saying What was that What was that What was that What was that and we all just knew we weweregoing to die
But i made up my mund that I was not going to die.....I remmebered somthing.I learned in the Marine corp..
I tied my shoe strings together looped them though one shoe as a trip wire
Evrey time some-one would get close to the table to assalt one of us i would slipp of my shoe
slide out from under the table and with my pipe and star upwarthrusting and jugging the unssuspecteing assailent
that went I noticed evil who was also fight with me.......he had blood all over his face and hand and so did I..the premonition was revealed to be true

the next morning...it looked looked helter skelter blood all over the walls scalp on the bars.. the water had risen in the teir.. knee level.. we would just piss and shit right where we stood..... bodie under water nad no bubbles coming up...........The big guy's on the teir were making every one work to burst out the windows( it took us all 2 days to punch a air hole though 1 window)
It was over 120 degrees with no air and no drinking water
that was how was spent every day....every night fighting.......day working-slaveng for the big guys
We finally got one window open(day3)- there was nationalgaurd outside in a armored boat
ther was a family floating on a rooftop
we saw a man get sucked into a drainage pipe in front of his family
we screamed at them all.haeeeeeellllpppppppp there fuckeing over us in here but no-one gave a shit.
they had to have been hearing the constant construction work we'd been doing the last few day's any way.......
On the 5th day........the warden came to the door and said o.kk. we'll try to get survivors out today
we didnt belive him and we'd tried to take him hostage.(well they did.my hands are dirty enoughf.gatta draw the line)
that afternoon.......we heard a load bang,,,,,,,swatt team and angola riot squad in full armor,electric shelds,a.r.service rifles.shotgus and hand guns they kicked in the door,and.............flooded the teir screamind .......get the fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck on the ground
it was an impressive opperation......they stripped us doiwn naked.......and file us out though the courthouse.....there wereso many deputies shouilder to shoulder on both side all with shotguns all the way too the steps of the court house
and to think not one of these fucks ever came to check on us in there.....and what was this they have air conditioner........
we were introduced to the sherriff.....who told us that we'er to be loaded into air boats and we'd have to swim to the interstate.....he told us that any one who ran would be shot...........We got into air boatss.I asked the boat driver if he thought this storm was worse then cameal..he sai shhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiit we picked up ove 50 bodies between here and the interstate yesterday..the I saw I body pinned againsta razor wire fenc bloated floating smokey grey with leaves and debree all over it...............
thre brouth us to the inter state......we could see the whole city...the appocalipse........smoking buildings downtown......gunfire.people walking with nowhere t0o go.............they still did not feed us for 2 more daqys.we stayed on the interstate until a carevan of transport vehicles came to get us............they took the long rout to hunts penatentury.........
The night mare was not near over.......................we got to hunt's inside a razor wire feild they had a few tent's set up to house thousnads of prissoners from every parish around..............this was to be called tent city...as soon as you entered the gate........or should I sai as soon as you were thrown in........you had to walk this line inmates on both side bent over shapeing shanks.....pipes.and toothebrushes....for hundreds of feet
there was violence and killing everywere...................
any time anyone ran to the gate to get help they were shot
several days latter I was taken to catahoola state pentatintury....where I was LOST IN THE SYSTEM THROWN INTO GENERAL PO. FRO ALMOST A YEAR........YEAR .....A YEAR can I stress again I was arrested for a misdomeanor and a probation hold

weather weapon? "Day Fire"

Not sure if all of you heard about the massive fire in Southern California thats been called the "Day fire" because it started on labor day. Well, I live in the area and my suspicion has been raised. Prior to this massive day after day after day fire that burned a chunck of earth bigger than Chicago, there was a series of smaller Lightning Strike fires that plagued the same area. I've been living here for years and my parents/grandparents for years before. The weather prior to the day fire was out of the ordinary to say the least. Hot day, cold day, hot day, cold day, then dry lightning strikes. I'm located directly between Edwards AFB and Vandenberg AFB, which have the two longest runways and most secretive operations in the west aside from the Groom lake complex. I noted a higher ammount of military aircraft during these dry lightning strikes. Online I found a map of the fire area which I wish I had saved, a map that seemed odd to me, with military terms and abreviations, labeling this area: Fire complex 1, Fire complex 2, test zone A, B, etc... Strange. Because the area is rual with low pop and strategically placed, I wonder whether it was designated a test zone for new weather weapons. I have questions, and fears that the US GOV has created these fires (possibly including the day fire) testing some sort of electrical strike generation. Any and all information on this general subject, and specific "Day Fire" info (for or against) would be appreciated. WE ARE THE MEDIA, ORGANIZE!

Hey all. Your fearless yet paranoid (not really) moderator here inviting you to please make any recommendations for making this tribe more effective in spreading the awareness of these earth-shaking technologies.

I know I sound like I'm on a mission sometimes... Trust me, I am. If you believe as I do that these antennae and all the programs that surround it are being misused and are not safe in the hands of their operators, please, help me make people aware of it, suggest ideas for action, etc...

It's hard sometimes, not wanting to scare people. But knowing that these things are weather weapons and knowing how easy it is to write any "natural disaster" off to "global warming", we must know the weapons will be used more and more. Everybody's expecting crazy weather, so that's what they're giving us...

Okay, now I'm ranting, but really... If you think there's a better way to organize this info on this tribe, that some is not credible, whatever, please bring your thoughts to my attention. This is not about me, folks. This is about us. All of us who live on this little planet, under one ionosphere.

Ok, this is a text i took from a french book "les cinq clefs" from Frank Hatem, this paragraph tells us in general what this HAARP project is about, there is also a section about a small magnetic device that was invented by some japanese which suppose to counteract the effects of HAARP by providing us with the right energy needed to stay intouch with our true selves, that is all i know, so please if anyone has heard of such a device or any other infos on how to counteract HAARp`s effects, let me / us know,

What would you think if you were told that each of these unusual earthquakes lasted for exactly the same length of time, fifty-seconds for each and every event? What would you think if you were shown a collection of seismic waveforms for these precision earthquakes that were essentially identical? Most people would think those waveforms and the claims that preceded them were a hoax. Unfortunately, what you are about to view is not a hoax. Unfortunately, there is a second graphic to view that shows the same kind of anomalous seismic activity in Washington State and Oregon. In this graphic, six earthquakes are shown for Mt. Rainier, three earthquakes from Mt. Baker and four earthquakes from Mt. Hood.
The earthquakes from Mt. Rainier appear to occur every twelve hours with a variation of three seconds. The word ‘appear’ is used because none of the records available for these volcanoes is complete. The earthquakes from Mt. Baker appear to occur every twelve (or twenty-four} hours with a variation of twenty-seven seconds. The earthquakes from Mt. Hood appear to occur every twelve (or twenty-four} hours with a variation of two minutes. Within individual regions, the earthquake seismograms are remarkably similar. Each location has their own particular set of event times, and they are different for each location. Events are being shown from three locations to eliminate the possible judgment of ‘equipment malfunction.’
There are many other examples of similar seismic anomalies available that are not included in this article for the sake of brevity.
The anomalous seismograms for the second graphic were obtained from the PNSN. As can be seen from this graphic, there is a startling similarity to the events presented from Alaska. Both graphics are from completely separate networks. Events have been shown from two different networks to eliminate the possible judgment of ‘massive network malfunction.’

Here it is appropriate to quote ex Defense Secretary William Cohen, who in April 1997 said, “…Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

That statement was made nearly nine years ago. This is why seismic events are not only on the increase; they are also increasing in destructive power.

Thus it is increasingly obvious that someone is trying to wreak havoc on the western coast of the United States of America, and they are doing it using three-axis scalar tectonic weapons, the only thing capable of creating such horrific acts. These weapons have astounding amounts of electronic power, some in excess of three terrawatts at a single station. When the longitudinal scalar waves from three scalar weapons combine at the selected target, the energy increases exponentially. When used at the resonant frequency of the target, the energy is increased exponentially once again, resulting in the power to create earthquakes and volcanic eruptions at will. It is being done openly as you read this, and if you are living in an area where these weapons are being focused, you have become of their targets.

Even though she didn't know Nick was on air last night, Betty from Australia sent this except from Earthpulse today. For many years Betty held a Peace Chair for the U.N. This earthpulse report looks a bit dated. Nick is actually backing off the HAARP issue personally to pursue the positive self-regulation aspect of mind control, but you sure couldn't tell it by the Bell show last night.

Perturbing the climate is a POLITICAL ISSUE, as well as a scientific one. It is also a dangerous issue to pursue, and some global friends have already been attacked, imprisoned, or otherwise harassed to silence them in this regard.

Now there are HAARP-type installations around the globe. Many of my Aussie friends are strongly opposed to questionable research being conducted at the Australian "Area 51", PINE GAP.

HAARP is linked strongly with other issues of EM pollution such as cell-phone masts and usage - which is heading toward a gigantic insurance liability they don't want to admit. KEEP THAT ANTENNA FAR FROM YOUR HEAD. Do your own homework on it, if you doubt this. ELFRAD members have been strongly cautioned by "mysterious visitors" to not go public on this subject. They have also had their labs repeated pulse by EM fields to destroy their equipment and data storage. This is NOT second-hand information, but "from the horse's mouth".

Perhaps the most interesting news on the horizon Nick mention when here and on Art Bell is that the original scientist Eastlund is now able and willing to talk about the HAARP technology. Nick told me, Eastlund claimed he was unaware in the beginning about most of the potential sinister application of HAARP for mass mind control and weather perturbation. Art challenged Nick to bring Eastlund to his show in the near future.

HAARP Updates

HAARP continues to occupy a significant amount of our attention and has remained the focus of much of our current work. We have had the opportunity to speak out about this project in numerous radio and television programs. In addition, a number of news articles have begun to be published throughout the country on this very important subject. We are thankful to all of the media people which have granted us time to bring our work out in front of the citizenry. The issue has not slowed down in terms of general interest in the topic. The story has served as a catalyst for involvement in political and governmental affairs for many individuals.We have received a number of articles and news clippings from across the country which has provided a good deal of material for use in this publication. One of the most interesting pieces of information arrived just after the book was published.An article, "Behind the Russian SDI Offer: A Scientific, Technological, and Strategic Revolution", appeared in the magazine 21st Century in the summer of 1993. The article was based on a front page story appearing in a Soviet government newspaper, Izvestia, on April 2, 1993. The article disclosed a whole new area of science and invited the United States to participate in the joint development of this new technology in a "Star Wars" weapons program. The initiative indicated that the Russians were far ahead in many of the areas important to the development of this "Star Wars" technology. One of the key components of the Russian technology was their greater understanding of "nonlinear" processes involved in the generation, propagation and absorption of powerful pulses of electro-magnetic radiations.What are "nonlinear" processes? This relates to the idea of a small input of additional energy creating a disproportionally larger output of energy. A research scientist, Al Zielinski, recently sent us the following example of nonlinear effects:Experiment #1Imagine we had an unlimited amount of dominoes and we lined them up from here to, let's say, Paris. Then we could tip the first domino with 10 grams; it will fall down and cause the second domino to tumble, too, etc. The first action of 10 grams will cause all the dominoes to tumble including the last domino in Paris.From this experiment we should understand that it is not the 10 gram action that causes all the dominoes to tumble, but the 10 gram action just creates an imbalance of the first domino. It is the gravity, however, that causes the dominoes to fall. In other words: only a 10 gram action is required to trigger a gravitational activity of all our dominoes from here to Paris. Experiment #2Imagine we had an unlimited amount of special dominoes of which only the first one we line up here is of normal size, and all the subsequent dominoes we line up again from here to Paris are of continuously increased size. By the time we reached Paris, the last domino block would be 1000 meters high and weigh millions of tons. Again we tip the first domino here with 10 grams, which will fall down causing all the subsequent dominoes to tumble. By the time the gravitational action reaches Paris, the last domino in Paris will smash the Eiffel Tower.From this experiment we should understand that it is not the 10 gram action here that will smash the Eiffel Tower in Paris, but it is the gravitational energy that is picked up on the way to Paris that smashes the Eiffel Tower.In other words: only a 10 gram action is required to trigger a non-linear gravitational activity which will cause the destruction of the Eiffel Tower.With the above examples in mind imagine the nonlinear effects of 1 billion watts of effective radiated power being directed at the ionosphere by the HAARP transmitter. This is the first phase capability of the project. The second phase will increase the effective radiated power levels even further -- to 4.7 billion watts! In our book we point out that energy in certain frequencies when reaching the outermost portions of the ionosphere can be amplified up to 1000 times by natural processes. This phenomena has been recorded by scientists at UCLA who have observed the results of these power amplifications at a fraction of the power level which HAARP will transfer to this region. This is extremely important in considering what may occur with this level of energy. A serious environmental disaster may well be the result.The earlier referenced article from 21st Century magazine goes on to describe the implications of the use of phased array antennas and their potentials at 1 billion watt power levels. This is the antena array HAARP uses and the level of power it is designed to broadcast. What the article describes is a system which can be used for knocking down missiles and aircraft by effecting their guidance systems and creating atmospheric disturbances which lead to them crashing. They also talk about the ability, at lower power levels, to be able to look down from the ionosphere and detect cruise missiles and other incoming objects utilizing what was described as an advanced form of radar. Again this is exactly what has been described in the HAARP patents.Plasma is a term for an electrically conductive state of matter generated from a gas. It can be created by action of extreme heat, powerful electromagnetic fields and by high levels of focused radio frequency energy such as the energy created with the HAARP instrument. 21st Century magazine suggests that, "The term plasmoid refers to the fact that under certain conditions a plasma can develop a self-contained, self-stabilizing structure based on the magnetic and other effects of internal configurations of electric currents within the plasma." This particular concept is important when referring to the concept of "painting the ionosphere" which was described by the military in the HAARP documents. This is in fact what the military will do with HAARP for certain applications. These plasmas are much different than those described in fusion research in that they involve very low electron energies. What is known is that although they are "cool" by comparison to fusion plasmas they are remarkably long lived and strong when generated in certain gases. Those specific gases include nitrogen and oxygen, the major components of the earth's atmosphere!So what does all of this translate into? According to the article it is suggested that this technology can be used for modifying the ionosphere over very large areas for "over-the-horizons" telecommunications disruption, creating computer errors and perhaps even creating negative biological effects. What is known from other government documents, HAARP planning documents and International Red Cross documents is that all of this is possible with these new systems. What is also known now is that a single complex system can combine radar tracking with a speed-of-light means of destruction - the plasmoid. This is but one application of HAARP. The writers of the 21st Century article were not acquainted with the patents regarding HAARP or they would have recognized that the United States military was not interested in the Russian overture of cooperation because we already possessed the means to produce these effects. What also rings throughout the article brings us back to where we began our research into the HAARP system two years ago - to the ideas of Nikola Tesla. A New York Times article of December 8, 1915 says:"Nikola Tesla, the inventor, has filed patent applications on the essential parts of a machine, possibilities which test a layman's imagination and promise a parallel of Thor's shooting thunderbolts from the sky to punish those who had angered the gods...Suffice it to say that the invention will go through space with a speed of 300 miles a second, a manless ship without propelling engine or wings sent by electricity to any desired point on the globe on its errand of destruction, if destruction its manipulator wishes to effect."'It is not a time,' said Dr. Tesla yesterday, 'to go into the details of this thing. It is founded upon a principle that means great things in peace; it can be used for great things in war. But I repeat, this is no time to talk of such things.''It is perfectly practicable to transmit electrical energy without wires and produce destructive effects at a distance. I have already constructed a wireless transmitter which makes this possible, and have described it in my technical publications, among which I refer to my patent number 1,119,732 recently granted. With transmitters of this kind we are enabled to project electrical energy in any amount to any distance and apply it for innumerable purposes, both in war and peace. Through the universal adoption of this system, ideal conditions for the maintenance of law and order will be realized, for then the energy necessary to the enforcement of right and justice will be normally productive, yet potential, and in any moment available, for attack and defense. The power transmitted need not be necessarily destructive, for, if distance is made to depend upon it, its withdrawal or supply will bring about the same results as those now accomplished by force of arms.'A second article also appeared in the New York Times, on September 22, 1940 and read:"Nikola Tesla, one of the truly great inventors, who celebrated his eighty-fourth birthday on July 10, tells the writer that he stands ready to divulge to the United States government the secret of his 'teleforce', with which, he said, airplane motors would be melted at a distance of 250 miles, so that an invisible Chinese Wall of Defense would be built around the country...""This 'teleforce', he said, is based upon an entirely new principle of physics that 'no one has ever dreamed about', different from the principle embodied in his inventions relating to the transmission of electrical power from a distance, for which he has received a number of basic patents. This new type of force, Mr. Tesla said, would operate through a beam one one hundred-millionth of a square centimeter in diameter, and could be generated from a special plant that would cost no more than $2,000,000 and would take only about three months to construct.""The beam, he states, involves four new inventions, two of which already have been tested. One of these is a method and apparatus for producing rays 'and other manifestations of energy' in free air, eliminating the necessity for a high vacuum; a second is a method and process for producing 'very great electrical force'; the third is a method for amplifying this force and the fourth is a new method for producing 'a tremendous electrical repelling force'. This would be the projector, or gun, of the system. The voltage for propelling the beam to its objective, according to the inventor, will attain a potential of 50,000,000 volts.""With this enormous voltage, he said, microscopic electrical particles of matter will be catapulted on their mission of defensive destruction. He has been working on this invention, he added, for many years and has recently made a number of improvements in it."As the ideas reverberate through my mind I cannot help but to feel that we again are walking down a darkened road of destruction. We are again on a path which may in fact lead to greater problems than those we seek to solve by tampering with the ionosphere.In March 1996 the military begins to demonstrate the earth-penetrating-tomography applications of this technology --the idea of "x-raying" the earth with ELF waves generated by HAARP. These waves will pass through every living thing in the path and may have perceptible effects on people's health. This demonstration of this capability is critical for the military to gain the additional funding for the second phase of their project. That phase was originally estimated at $175 million dollars and will give the military power levels of 4.7 billion watts of effective radiated power. Politically, things are only beginning to move as the opposition to this project continues to grow. Researchers, independent scientists and most importantly lay people all over the world are beginning to let their ideas be felt on this very important issue. Elsewhere in this microbook is an essay on creating political realities. We ask all of our readers to consider taking a step for change and activating some of the ideas contained in that essay.

Hurricane Forecast for Sep. and Oct. 2005

I found this particular forecast from Colorado State University very interesting.

"Information obtained through 31 August 2005 shows that we have already experienced 110 percent of the average full season Net Tropical Cyclone (NTC)4 activity. In an average year, 33 percent of the seasonal average NTC of 100 occurs before the end of August."

"We have recently developed a methodology for calculating the probability of hurricane landfall along the entire U.S. coastline for the months of September and October."

They claim to have "quite skillfully" designed a whole new approach for predicting hurricanes just for the months of September and October, 2005; a skill "significantly exceeding climatology." They claim their new method simply involves reanalyzing data from the past 51 years. Doesn't it seem they should have been doing this all along?

What I find most interesting is this particular line:

"Qualitative adjustments are added to accommodate additional processes which may not be explicitly represented by our statistical analyses".

No further mention is made of these "additional processes".

New Weather-Control Board to Set up Shop in U.S.

It’s late fall of 2004. Fred McKenna* surveys his beloved radionics equipment with sorrow. “I am expecting a visit from the boys in black,” he sighs to me. Because he has been engaged in storm mitigation and deflection, he’s sure that military and other authorities know of his location and activities. Fred has already begun to dispose of the reagents, the active principle used for the “broadcast” of specific corrective energies to persons or the environment. By transferring their activity to the land itself, he hopes this might at least protect a passive aspect of his operation. But he fears that the machines themselves may no longer be in his possession by the end of the following year.

It’s for good reason that Fred is concerned about confiscation of his radionics machines. He has received numerous threatening phone calls; his computer has been sabotaged while connected to satellite weather-data sites; and he has even been subjected to a psionic attack intended to cause a car crash – which would have happened if he had not serendipitously made an unplanned turn off the highway. Just as he was stopping the car, he was suddenly plunged into unconsciousness (for which no medical explanation could be found). Had he continued on the road, he said, the car would have smacked into a rock face.

Long before there was any public announcement, Fred and others like him have been aware of planned legislation in the United States. Just because Fred lives in Canada, he is not exempt from interference or even being arrested. The U.S. military has a very long arm. As evinced by many examples, the US feels it has the right to reach into any nation on earth to take whatever it wills by force, whether this is oil fields or weather-influencing technology. Set forward as Bill S. 517 on March 3, 2005, and scheduled to take effect on 1 October 2005, is the Weather Modification Research and Technology Transfer Act.

What Kind of Weather Control Will this Be?

Bill S.517 sets up an eleven-member board of directors to oversee all the research on weather control, and to direct funding to projects. The wording sounds typically bureaucratic and innocuous. Except for the fact that the title of the act includes the words “technology transfer”, there is no specific reference to possible confiscation of privately-held equipment. However, there are gray areas, such as "and for other purposes" and other vague phrases that periodically appear in the text.

This is what rings alarm bells for independent, benevolent weather modifiers like Fred who want to normalize rainfall for farmer, and to lessen storm damage. For example, under Section 5, DUTIES, the following statement appears:

(2) assessments and evaluations of the efficacy of weather modification, both purposeful (including cloud-seeding operations) and inadvertent (including downwind effects and anthropogenic effects). (Ref.)

Note the reference to cloud-seeding, an old method largely superseded by new technology, but still popularly equated to weather control as it is the only one discussed in the mass media. However, some aerial spraying continues, of which the nature and purpose are hotly debated. (Refs)

The statement only partly conceals an expectation that they will be recording evolutionary – probably genetic – changes, and that this will regarded as merely be a “normal” part of data collection. Because the word "anthropogenic” refers to "the origin and evolution of humans" we should be asking, “What sort of testing is planned here?” Is this new Board going to be approving weather experimentation that includes genetic modifiers, treating whole human populations as guinea pigs? If so, we should all be as concerned as Fred.

Transfer of Technology to Whom?

Not explained in the text is why "Technology Transfer" is in the title. Unless that is related to the right of the Board of Directors to “receive, use, and dispose of gifts" (emphasis added), we are left to guess what this means.

If the government’s objective is to control the weather for military advantage, then some of these transfers may be involuntary. There is also no mention of any upper limit on gift value, or whether the board members could take them for personal use, which would be gross conflict of interest if this were for the public good. Will owners of radionics and other types of equipment be expected to “give” their equipment, inventions and patents over to the Board? And why would the words “dispose of” be included in relation to these “gifts” – possibly of technology? Does this mean that the Board has a carte blanche to destroy confiscated technology? Remembering that the military document on weather control is titled “Owning the Weather by 2025”, (emphasis added) it is implied that no one else will be allowed to own anything that could influence the weather for either military or non-military purposes. We must all be at the “mercy” of the distinctly unmerciful Armed Forces.

According to one website, crediting as its source another site that no longer carries this report, Canada and the U.S. have entered into an agreement to exchange information about these technologies and their transboundary effects. (Ref.) Article IV of this agreement requires both parties to inform the other of weather-control experiments and activities "prior to" the commencement of such activities. However, apparently to cover their backsides, Article VII states:

"Nothing herein relates to or shall be construed to affect the question of responsibility or liability for WEATHER MODIFICATION activities, or to imply the existence of any generally applicable rule of international law. " (Ref.)

Also on the books in Canada is a law concerning public notification of weather-modification activities. Apparently this means that people must submit proposals with full details of what they plan to do, how large an area will be affected, and other details. As worded, the act appears to be designed to allow people in the affected area to be informed and to raise objections if they are negatively affected. An example is the use of a hail cannon, which uses a powerful supersonic shockwave to break up the hail formation process in the clouds. (Ref) Due to the high decibel level, a warning whistle must be sounded in advance of each firing of the cannon so that any people who are nearby can protect their ears.

However, when citizens of Canada have attempted to use this act to obtain information about the weather-modifying activity known as chemtrail spraying, the public disclosure principle does not seem to be applicable. One caller in Ontario ended up talking with a someone in an office in Manitoba who attempted to persuade him that this was only crop-dusting, one of the usual disinformation tactics. Whether or not the information exchange agreement between Canada and the U.S. means that the Canadian government is being informed about this program, the information is not trickling down to the public. The spirit of this act is more honored in the breach than in the observance.

What will happen to this agreement and the information legislation when the new American Weather Authority comes into being? Given all the qualifiers and the national security acts that override all other laws, it doesn’t likely have a future. And if the planned annexation of Canada and Mexico by the U.S. goes ahead, the question will be academic anyway.

A Brief and Partial History of Weather Control

The official recognition given to weather control technology by setting up a Board to oversee it at this time might suggest to some that this technology is a new field, and that the research is just beginning. However, weather control has a long history, and if various observers and researchers are correct in their interpretation of documents and data, we have been seeing it in use for at least three decades.

The ancient way to govern weather was for especially trained and disciplined individuals to interact with the spirit dimension.

"In many cultures, weather-working ability seems to be part and parcel of the shaman's job description and is considered necessary for the survival and well-being of the community. Successful weather-working also demonstrates the shaman's strong relationship with the spirits and the forces of nature. Implicit in these demonstrations is not an opportunity for self-aggrandizement, but ideally, an opportunity to support the community in the certain knowledge that the spirits are really at work and that miracles can indeed be expected! "

The co-authors point out that compassion and relationship were part and parcel of the shaman's weather control. This aspect of supporting the human social fabric is entirely missing from to the weaponized, inhuman imperative to manipulate weather, usually for the domination of one group over against another. (Ref)

Wilhelm Reich – discoverer of an actual, scientifically verifiable "life energy" he named "orgone" – developed a device he called the Cloud-Buster. This consisted of pipes grounded in water, and connected to layers of material from living and inorganic sources which functioned as an orgone accumulator. He was able to use this device to both shut off and bring rain. It was so powerful that it had to be used sparingly and with caution, to avoid creating either drought or flood. Some of Reich’s experiments had remarkable results. In 1954, he brought rain to drought-stricken Tucson. Even before the rain actually arrived, the grass had reached a foot in height due to the enhanced and balanced life energy (orgone). (Ref)

Trevor J. Constable continues in the Reich tradition, but mounts the pipes on aircraft and flies them through the area to be treated. His site describes Operation Clincher, a series of smog-reduction operations conducted in California under the auspices of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration. In 2004 Constable authored an article rebutting the heavy-handed conventional ideas for control of hurricanes. He writes:

"Lunatic suggestions to explode atomic bombs against the eye wall of these immense vortexial systems, attest to orthodoxy’s dangerous bankruptcy, and also to orthodoxy’s perpetual readiness to embrace the murderous."

Constable's work, arising directly from that of Reich, draws on life-energy principles, which orthodox mechanistic science still refuses to acknowledge as existing. (Ref.) Since Descartes first dissected living dogs without anaesthetic, ignoring their howls of pain because he had convinced himself that “lower animals” had no conscious awareness, mechanistic scientists have regarded living and dead as being essentially the same.

Even when confronted with evidence, film, time-lapse video, and data, the conventionally-educated scientists and engineers still refuse to accept that the "etheric" technology – based on this life-energy concept – is able to diminish storms, even though it is etheric forces that play a role in creating them, according to Trevor Constable.

"The cardinal technical principle involved in any hurricane control measures, is to use the colossal energies of etheric force in a hurricane, AGAINST THE HURRICANE. A science that thinks an octave too low, with no understanding of what vital energy actually is, cannot access and technologically utilize that force. The chief characteristic of vital energy is that it flows from low potential to high potential – the reverse of conventional, standard concepts of energy potentials."

Constable wrote this in 2004, indicating that with some minor resources provided and "protected status"-- to avoid the fate of his mentor and predecessor Reich who died in prison --

"with a year of such preparatory work, our entire posture vis-à-vis the Florida hurricane season, would be totally transformed from terror to confidence that we were finally doing something meaningful about hurricane diversion and control, instead of just standing in the rain." (Ref.)

Of course he did not receive any permission, recognition, or protection. And as we all know, Florida storms continue unabated – some say, with an extra push from one or another covert secret weather controller with nefarious intentions. (Ref.)

Weather Control As A Weapon

For many, weather control suggests the ability always to have pleasant weather and to avoid serious storms or long droughts. Due to the frequency destructive storms, hurricanes and the consequent floods, or to their total absence and consequent droughts, such people assume that weather control has not been mastered and therefore is not being used. This naive view assumes that weather would always be controlled for the good of humanity.

Human nature seems to dictate otherwise. The discovery of any new power is considered to confer a military advantage, and therefore its very existence is kept secret for as long as possible. While the general public is being told that all phenomena, including some highly anomalous ones inexplicable by natural forces, are "Mother Nature" at work, various military and even private agencies have been flexing their technological muscles and playing havoc with the weather.

Although the American military has actually published a detailed document "Owning the Weather by 2025", many people will simply say "I don't believe it" when confronted with this. Why? They may say because it has not been reported in the mass media, it must not be real. (Some others will say this is a prime indication that it is real, because most of what the mass media publishes is fantasy.) But normally any military power must be kept secret, and the major media outlets are well aware that they must not cross this line or they could be shut down. Freedom of the press is allowable only if "national security" policies are not breached.

Some apologists attempt to argue away the frightening contents of this policy document by focussing on the disclaimer that it represents only possible future scenarios and should not be taken to be factual:

"2025 is a study designed to comply with a directive from the chief of staff of the Air Force to examine the concepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the future. Presented on 17 June 1996, this report was produced in the Department of Defense school environment of academic freedom and in the interest of advancing concepts related to national defense. The views expressed in this report are those of the authors and do not reflect the official policy or position of the United States Air Force, Department of Defense, or the United States government. This report contains fictional representations of future situations/scenarios." Emphasis included in original. (Ref.)

But such theoretical reports have a tendency to be implemented behind the scenes, even while being denied in public. In his article The Ultimate Weapon of Mass Destruction: "Owning the Weather" for Military Use, professor and independent analyst Michel Chossudovsky cites other official documents to arrive at his conclusions that weaponized weather control is already in use. He also explores how public opinion is being misled. At the time this was written, the UN was avoiding dealing with the issue of deliberate human-caused climate change. (Ref.)

More recently, the UN has showed more concern about weather and climate change. In July of 2004, they granted official advisory status to the Planetary Association for Clean Energy (PACE), which served as "NGO in Special Consultative Status with Economic and Social Council of the United Nations". PACE members with scientific expertise have been doing analyses and opinion concerning the overriding nature of the climate-change issue. (Ref.)

Covert Harassment of Humanity?

Evidence from the environment and from independent researchers and analysts suggest that this type of weather control is already being exercised as – in effect – a weapon of mass destruction. Public disclosure occurred at an April 1997 counter-terrorism conference. Secretary of Defense William Cohen stated:

"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations and it's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts." (Ref.)

According to Lt.Col. (Ret'd) Tom Bearden, the Russians developed weather control several decades ago, and have been using it over North America since 1976. Using over-the-horizon (OTH) radar, the beams are transmitted in the 3-30 megaHertz band. His website explores the theory of scalar interferometry, and explains how such beams can be used to direct the weather patterns as well as to transmit disease patterns of interaction to cells of living beings, affecting bio-electrical functioning. (Ref.) No chemicals are necessary to cause disruption of living tissues, if this alarming theory is true.

Bearden also alleges that after the breakup of the Soviet Union, Russian scientists sold this technology to other hostile elements such as the Yakusa. And Russia continues to operate its “Woodpecker” system. In his view, it is these outside rogue weather controllers working hard to make our lives difficult by causing storms and droughts. However, some of these economically displaced Russian scientists are attempting to benefit humanity and agriculture. One group ended up in Mexico, where they have built an effective rainmaking system that has gained the blessing of that country. Mexico plans to have 19 more of these rainmaking stations installed in the dry north by 2006. (Ref.)

HAARP: Pure Research or Active Manipulation?

Ostensibly, HAARP — the High-Altitude Active Auroral Research Program – is a research station, gathering data about the atmosphere and “radio propagation conditions”, presumably for the benefit of scientists in general as well as for civilian and military communications. Their public website states that they are “monitoring and archiving the naturally occurring variations that take place in response to the sun's day-to-day and long term variability.” This phrase “in response to” implies that this is passive research. Continually-updated, colorful charts are available online (Ref.) for each type of instrument, ranging from magnetometer readings to spectrum monitors and total electron content.

However, there seems to be much more going on behind this public face. Weather-control patents have been issued for several decades. Patent No. 3564253 is summarized as: "A system and method for generalized irradiation of relatively large surface areas of a planet, such as the earth, the moon, etc. for illumination, heating, weather control, etc., employing one or more planet-orbiting self-erecting planar-reflector satellites controlled in attitude and orbit position to reflect energy from the sun to a desired area on the planet's surface." (Ref.) Although this patent called for a satellite, HAARP ground installations are capable of directing energy to any spot on the planet, as is the Russian system.

That “Woodpecker” system uses the 10 Hz frequency, which by coincidence or otherwise is the frequency at which the human brain operates when in “alpha” rhythm (made famous by the “Silva Method of Mind Control”). This mental state fosters active imagination, and if the user learns to work with guided imagery, he or she can achieve some interesting effects both in personal health and also in influencing others’ moods and behavior. Some believe that it’s also possible for human thoughts and empowered wishes to influence even the air, water and earth. Why not? If 10 Hz/alpha is the same frequency that HAARP and Russian weather-control systems are using, perhaps we humans need not think of ourselves as victims of any weather-weaponry systems. Maybe we should all try sending out our positive thoughts for equalization of rainfall, for the health of the planet and for the integrity of its vital envelope of ozone.

Looking for Evidence from Meteorology

One of the primary indications of manipulated weather is the anomalous blocking high, a “ridge” in the jetstream that stays locked in one place for months instead of moving around in its normal fashion. These stationary high-pressure areas tend to occur just off the coastline, and are noted for preventing rain systems that would normally come inland from bringing much-needed moisture.

Typically, the weather reporters on TV refer to this as “Mother Nature” being contrary, but it’s neither maternal nor natural for the jetstream to lock in place like this, guiding all rain to be dumped uselessly over the ocean instead of onto land. Such a stationary high persisted over British Columbia for several months in 2003 and 2004, drying out the coastal rainforest as well as the interior to the point of creating two of the worst forest-fire seasons known. Why on earth, you might well ask, would anyone want to burn up the forests of B.C.? In reply one can only ask another question: “Who would benefit from doing this?” Would it have anything to do with the “softwood lumber” dispute between Canada and the United States? American lumber businesses don’t want competition and have vigorously opposed imports from the north. Despite the “free trade” deal between the two countries, the American lumber industry succeeded in having an exorbitant tariff charged against Canadian wood products.

Tom Bearden’s website presents numerous photographic evidence of cloud and weather patterns apparently being controlled by non-natural means. Grids, radials and other peculiar structures do not seem to be created by winds. (Ref.) While admitting that in a few cases it might be possible for natural forces to form unusual shapes, he believes overall, there are too many such occurrences to be accounted for by unassisted nature.

Meteorologist Scott Stevens has also gathered examples of cloud anomalies that do not have a natural explanation. (Ref.) His examples of clouds being directed by a scalar grid include both photographs from the ground, and wide-image satellite cloud formations showing where the clouds are adhering to square grid lines.

The author of this essay has also observed anomalous cloud forms that are impossible to explain based on wind direction, such as a square configuration, with one bar of cloud lying at right angles to the next, covering an area too wide to capture in a photograph (unless one had a panoramic or video camera). Further, just in watching the weather channel one sees anomalies, which the anchor person does not notice, or to which he or she does not want to draw attention.

One example was the so-called "Pineapple Express", which for a few weeks early in 2004 was bringing what the on-air personalities described as "regular pulses" of rain across the Pacific to British Columbia. This kind of description ought to be a red flag. When does nature produce "regular pulses", and how would natural forces explain the neat arc shapes of those cloud pattern crossing the ocean, each equidistant from the next? They looked exactly like those diagrams of how broadcast radio waves expand outward from a central point, the transmitter, like rings of ripples from tossing a stone into a pond. These cloud arcs suggested that a synthetic but benevolent weather-making system of some kind must have been operating in Hawaii. The Pineapple Express stopped running when the blocking high moved in that spring.

News Blackouts Feed Public Frustration

Numerous individuals and “indy-media” web publishers are observing anomalies in the sky and in weather patterns, and publishing their concerns. These articles and image banks express a wide range of manner from the careful, sober analysis and data collection, including documenting the existence of patents and other material evidence (Refs) to equally thorough documentation but sensationalistic and attention-grabbing in tone. (Ref.)

The edge of emotional indignation and sometimes active fear-mongering may be simply an "equal and opposite" reaction to the dead-eyed stonewalling of the major media outlets. Occasionally a snippet leaks through, and the gap is firmly closed. Hearing a radio report of anomalous surface heating of the sub-arctic ocean in November two years ago, I promptly wrote to the broadcaster, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, to ask for further details and analysis. I specified that we should find out whether this was an accidental or deliberate effect. However, I never got a reply, and the story was not either repeated or followed up. Apparently even the public broadcaster does not have the right to give out this kind of information.

It is not that these independent investigators are all inherently wild-eyed fanatics or crazy "conspiracy theorists", but frustration builds up in the absence of trustworthy information when people can see something happening and know that we are not being told the truth about what it is or why it is being done. Whatever the tone, all agree that something is going on, and it does not appear to be beneficial to humanity. Where do we go from here? Unless we learn, en masse, to use our innate human abilities to, in effect, return to the most ancient way and compassionately balance our environment through mental/spiritual means, there will be no place to hide from the storms and droughts to come.

Post Scriptum (Sept. 27, 2005)

To the extent that the ocean warming and the increased violence of the hurricanes is caused by direct and deliberate targeting by HAARP and/or some other similar powerful world-scale technology, that is the extent to which we are under attack from agencies that can only be called "weather terrorists" -- because they operate in secret in an undeclared war on humanity. And that is the extent to which we must resist that unnatural dimension of the weather.

It is equally important to seek to expose these hidden agencies and their purposes, sources of funding, supporters, and last but not least their minions and mouthpieces holding public office. For this reason I feel that we have to be suspicious about the reason anyone would have to suppress this information, and to expect us to bow to the self-appointed weather gods wielding their technology in secret.

Why should we accept being told not to take notice of or to question anomalies in the weather, much less try to mitigate these crimes against humanity and nature? Yes, storms are generated by natural forces and are part of the planet’s self-balancing dynamics. But there is an added dimension in these new storms.

I believe human beings must exercise our human right to lessen the destructive power of these extreme, weaponized storms -- down to the level nature would be using to accomplish purposes of balancing the environment. I affirm that this right is "inherent" and "inalienable" by virtue of our being alive. Life doesn’t lie down and give up, or humanity would have vanished long ago. Life seeks to continue and to defend itself.

Therefore, any simple method of directing heart-energy in co-operation with the Loving Creator (ref.), or directing “orgone” or life energy, or employing radionics for benevolent purposes is totally legitimate, and we must defend the rights of all who do so.

Taking away weather-mitigation concepts, beliefs and technologies from ordinary citizens is the same thing as taking away legally-owned guns. It leaves the people defenceless and completely under the heel of this weaponized weather-control/mind-control/total domination system. Pretty much in the same position of the citizens of New Orleans, who found themselves suddenly homeless, without food or shelter, and being treated as criminals even when they were not offering resistance. That's the position into which we may all be put, if this agenda goes ahead as it has begun.

The propaganda machine puts forward the loss of freedom as inevitable due to these alleged "natural" effects of "global warming". An article in the weekend newspapers owned by the right-wing CanWest Global chain in Canada argues for the weather war. It states: “A Pentagon report, written well in advance of hurricanes Katrina and Rita, says weather catastrophes will create a new world order.” (Ref.) This was hardly a “prophecy being fulfilled” if it was a military plan based on secret war technology. The appearance of this major feature article on the day that Rita was expected to have devastated Houston is a dead give-away that weather manipulation is being used to achieve political and financial goals, circumventing all laws and constitutions.

We can't sit on the fence. We have to make a choice: either condone this or reject it, based on as much information as can be gathered.

In my view, the only ILLEGITIMATE use of weather control is this "force multiplier" concept: to cause droughts, floods, famine and enslavement of whole populations. Unlike farmers and small operators, this is not done for altruistic or benevolent reasons: multiplying force in this way enables a few wealthy companies and individuals to profit from expropriation and even genocide while blaming it on "the weather" and getting off scot-free.

As long as Weather Control is kept secret, it can and will be used for nefarious purposes, Bringing it into the public eye is the first step toward accountability, and toward ensuring that weather is controlled for beneficial purposes, to balance the needs of humanity and the planet.

So, while working toward public accountability for all weather-management activity, pray earnestly to God, use your radionics, or your orgone-generator, or even just your alpha-rhythm and imagination. Let's mitigate all these super-storms.

"My personal take"

I am afraid of what "they" may be doing to the weather and in turn what it is doing to the Earth - I am however not afraid that they may be listening in, so in effect - I am not afraid of Them.

I do believe that "they" are changing the weather patterns, that could be why Bush has been saying he does not believe in Global Warming.

Another fear though, I heard that hurricanes are a safety valve of sorts for the worlds weather - if they try to stop them, what would happen to the rest of the world??
Or is that what they are trying to do now?
I remember one hail storm that did a terrific amount of damage, the powers that be at the time gave in to insurance companies demands, that the coming storm be seeded, so that the insurance claims would be less - it backfired and it ended up one of the most destuctive storms that city had ever had.

Hurricane Katrina?? (only speculation)

Currently our people in the South are undergoing a catastrophic disaster, which will change their lives forever. We all should send our love and support their way.

Could HAARP have played a hand in this disaster? If not, should it have intervened?

Of course, hurricanes happen naturally withouth any manipulation. However, considering we know weather manipulation is possible, using scalar-electromagnetics, it is only responsible to analyze the data, applying our knowledge. If our gov't is responsible for this catastrophe, even partially, we should know, right?

Topic of the next post: HAARP can trigger earthquakes, like a match in dry chapparrel. We know of several locations due for tsunamis on the West Coast. Disasters bring FEMA. Lets see what they do for the South.
