Welcome to Hamsa Yogashala! A celebration of Yoga!
Yoga is a non-competitive, non-judgmental way to strengthen the body and balance the mind. Every class is an opportunity to tone and build muscle, eliminate toxins, develop strength, cultivate flexibility, reduce stress and soothe the central nervous system.
Our practice is a combination of Sivananda and Vinyasa Yoga styles, and our focus is on breath and body awareness – opening into those areas that need more of our attention. Because everyone’s body and life experience is different, our focus is on honoring the body-mind by doing calm centeredness poses with harmonious mental awareness.
Our intention is to accept the body and to lovingly respect it while observing our mind in a peaceful way.
