What is your Advice about Celabacy?

I have been celabate for over 11 years. I have learned alot because of this but I feel I still have questions. Where is my Souls mate? And when is the right time to be or not to be with her. I am looking and waiting. I feel that a Soul mate is there for every soul. I Love her as she Loves me but it is hard to be apart.
