With the success of our kickoff party last month, we are proud to present to you on Saturday March 15th 2008, RESONANCE v.2.

This month we are featuring Ghreg on Earth and Audiovoid. We are also switching things up and putting the trance outside and the breaks inside. Thank you to everyone who came out to the last gathering and helped to make this happen. Resonance is a regular psy gathering in the bay area that is focused to strengthen and empower our community. The town of HAPPY CAMP!

We know of Happy Camp as the Temporary Autonomous Zone usually in Golden Gate Park, but there is also a permanent place, a small town in northern California. There is only one place in the world named Happy Camp, located at Latitude: 41.79 N, Longitude: 123.25 W. It is considered one of the most unusual places in California, which I don't think is a coincidence.

The Karuk who camped on the Indian Creek banks called the place "Athithufvuunupma" in their language. It was in July of 1851 that Happy Camp was renamed by prospectors looking for gold who camped there. Newspapers on the coast referred to the place as “Murderer’s Bar” before that.

Happy Camp is home of the Bigfoot Jamboree (2007 was the 41st year)! Festivities include the naming of the Bigfoot Jamboree Queen, and a parade through the town of Happy Camp. This year, there was a special Christian Rock Concert at the pavilion after the parade. There is also a giant Bigfoot statue in the town of Happy Camp. The Bigfoot Byway runs from Willow Creek to Happy Camp. There have been more Bigfoot sightings around Happy Camp then anywhere else.

Happy Camp is also home to the world's largest dreamcatcher, with a circumfrence of 105 feet.

There is not a single stop light within fifty miles of Happy Camp. With a population of around 1,500, if we got 2,000 voting age people to move to Happy Camp, we could take over the town and make our own laws. Think about it... next year's Bigfoot Jamboree could have live Christian Psytrance by the Fractal Gold Diggers, and there would be mandatory dancing for all residents. But most importantly, there is still plenty of gold in dem dar hills!

Happy are the people of Athithufvuunupma!

Maybe we should rename our Happy Camp to its original name... Athithufvuunupma Camp?
It's way better than Murderer's Bar Camp.

I missed the last Happy Camp as I was away in Seattle... but oh man oh woman, I miss all the happiness so much, that us dedicated trance monkeys have planned a Beach Party! I'd really like to see everyone there -- and enjoy all your glory. Plus stomp on some sand and grab your booties!

WHAT: A psytrance party at the beach with a generator, some Outpost23 JBLs, your friends, and a bonfire to keep you warm.
WHEN: Saturday the 17th at 10PM until sunrise on Sunday the 18th.
WHO: Greg on Earth, Parus, Chromatome, Sun Child, Psylotus, some trance monkeys, you and your mom.
WHY: Listen to music, hang-out with friends, stomp in the sand, drink to warm up, play with fire, love and party!
WHERE: The beach spot below the Daly City Horse Stables.
BRING: Please bring flashlights, very warm clothes, trashbags to pack out your trash, water and treats, alcohol to keep you warm and tingling, FIRE WOOD to keep us going all night long, fire poi and staf, and much love and energy! It's the playa, and she knows it's almost time for her children to come home. In the spirit of getting ready for our yearly trek out to the desert, we'd like to bring you all together for an evening of entrancing music to get your heart moving and feet warmed up for that dusty yet heavenly land. Please, come join Outpost 23 for our Burning Man fundraiser "IGNITION!"

In return, we'll leave you with a sense of enlightenment that will carry you all the way into Black Rock City. As a bonus, all proceeds from this party are going to be going to our new playa project, the BOOMBUS! The BoomBus is the new brainchild of the Outpost 23 crew. Due to a very busy and raging summer season, we have had no oppratunity to do a Happy Camp Event... and no that Dylalien has gone to AUM most likely will postponed the next Happy Camp Until sometime in August or September.... Just wanted everyone to know that we did not stop, and have not forsaken our responcibility to YOU = )... and again, if anyone has any suggestions or ideas, they would be very welcome... otherwise, stay tuned for the next announcement...

Happy Camp trip to Happy Camp

Anyone interested in an epic roadtrip to find the magical town of Happy Camp, located in the very north of Caifornia, not too far from the coast? We discovered that the town exists, now we must find it!

I was thinking of going in October or November, once the summer season quiets down a bit.

Is anyone planning a Happy Camp for Burning Man this year???

From Happy Camp to all who showed up, smiled and danced... this was yet another wonderful event... fun in the sun... a completely dynamic experience... the vibes everyone brought with them were super cool... and the music kicked ass!!! I am still unsure when the next one will be but we'll let you know... since the outdoor season has begun there might not be a consistent schedule but we'll let you know in advance ...

Rideshare to TImeshift!!

Hello all fellow Freaks (who may need a ride to timeshift! ;) )
I am getting a 15 Passenger Van (so 10- 12 people can come with me, as long as they dont have an immense amount of stuff) to go down to timeshift this weekend.

We are leaving from Berkeley on FRIDAY hopefully by 2:00, and heading down to the hot springs for the night, and then leaving from there Sat. Morn to help set up for the party.
If you can get to Berkeley and meet up when we leave that would make things 1000 times easier, However I can pick up people in Oakland if needed. Other than that, unfortunately I wont be able to crisscross the bay to pick you up.
We will be back sunday probably evening.

It will cost around$ 30 per person, including gas ( as long is it doesnt go up by another 10 cents by then!)
Space is already very limited, as there 6 spots filled already. :)
Message me if you are interested, this will be done on a first come, first serve basis. Please only message me if you are DEFINITELY going to come in the van, as I dont want to have empty spots!! (SO get everything sorted out before asking for a ride)

Yet another wonderful experience with friends & family... Thanks to everyone who was able to make it... the energy was wonderful and music was great... We are already planing the next one which will be March 25th... It is wonderfully humbling to see you all come out in the morning and party and talk... it is all about communication on all the different levels which exist.

I am Atmos, a Sirian and member of the Galactic Federation. I ask you to look around you and see the changes manifesting, on a scale that must leave you in no doubt that something big is taking place. People are being affected in ways that are confusing them, because they are not in possession of the facts, and do not therefore realize that a massive transformation is imminent. Global warming and the associated changes have been noted for many years, although at first denied. Now however, there is unmistakable evidence of worldwide changes that are gathering pace. A sense of urgency exists, and action is called for that should have been taken many years ago.

There is a general feeling that something is in the air, and many feel uneasy because they cannot figure out what is happening. Lightworkers are more informed, and their calmness comes from their understanding of what the end-times entail. Some will never want to see or admit to what will eventually stare them in the face. They fear change, not knowing that those very changes will be their salvation. The old institutions are breaking down as the vibrations increase, and absolutely nothing will go forward unless is resonates with them. It is time that duality gave way to a balanced energy that is not fragmented, but is one of a single purpose to bring total Light to Earth.

The main focus of your attention is the Bush Administration, which continues to lead the nations of the world along the road to ruin. The result of their actions is bringing more misery both at home and abroad, and the rest of the world has been alerted to what is happening. The problem is that the ability to put a halt to their insane plans lies with the people of America, and they have not yet fully awakened to their responsibility. This is not entirely their fault, as the media are the lackeys that do as they are told, and consequently the people are fed on a diet of lies and half-truths.

We have often intimated that we would prefer the people to rise up and unseat the Government. It is possible, and many great souls are with you that wait the right time to step forward and achieve it. Further to that we stand in the background to support you, and we keep matters from getting out of hand. We say be brave if it seems to be your role in life to serve others in such a noble way. If you feel very strongly about it, know that you most certainly came into life to do just that. You will have been equipped with the ability to carry out your work, and others who are destined to be part of it will find themselves coming together with you.

Is it not interesting that as the dark go deeper into the mire of their own making, the Light grows more powerful and is leaving them behind. The greater the difference the more the Light stands in its own power. It helps transmute the dark energies thus reducing their power even further, and they are already fighting a losing battle. Patience is required, as events often proceed at a very slow pace, but if you are aware you will see the pattern of events leading to victory for the Light. Never doubt the outcome for one moment, and whatever you do go ahead with total conviction.

Look at our own position, fully prepared to move at the moment we are authorized to commence First Contact. Sighted in your skies all over the world, and although our presence can no longer be denied your Western Governments hide their knowledge of us from you. They confuse you, and deny the most definite and convincing evidence of us by treating you like little children. Do you stop to think why, and that in spite of our Ambassadors contacting all of your main Governments. You are not told about our offers to help you bring peace to the world, because the big powers have other ideas about your future and prefer to hold on to their power. They will not give up their military forces, or the wars that keep you victim to their control.

Power begets wealth, and politicians are not averse to lining their own pockets at your expense. Wealth is the tool that can open almost any door, and corruption is endemic in almost all countries. You might feel we could not prevent it, but I say we could and will do so at the earliest opportunity. We will come to confiscate illegally acquired moneys, and it does not matter what steps are taken to conceal them, as we know how to find their location. Not only will they be returned to their rightful owners, but wealth generally will also be re-distributed fairly and in an equitable way. Financial Centers and Banking will be subject to new and fair ways of functioning, and be very much changed to what you have now.

Dear Ones, there are vested interests who do not wish to see you having the advantage of advanced technologies that we shall bring you, They prefer that you should pay for the essentials of life, ones that ensure you always have the basic comforts that should be freely available and at no cost to you. Impossible you might say, but we remind you that we have the benefit of technologies that are thousands of years ahead of yours. We have long worked with free energy, and money plays no part in our dealings with others. We can quite easily operate with other civilization on an exchange basis, where both have needs that each other can fulfill.

You cannot imagine the wonders we will introduce that will seemingly be miraculous. Yet your leaders made a decision to keep you at the mercy of their schemes and agendas. Instead, they support those commercial interests that funded their parties, and refused our help that required an end to wars. As far as they are concerned, you are best controlled by being kept down and denied the opportunity to advance.

They have had no real heart for dealing with drugs and violence that is destroying your society. Indeed they see them as essential to ensure that you are in a state of fear, and reliant on them for your very protection. Independence would make you become more able to support yourself and that would not suit them. Understand why you are in your present stage of evolution, and demand that you are allowed to take that quantum leap that is necessary to get you well underway to Ascension.

The power behind us all is the Will of the Creator, and you will invoke such energies by acting in Love and Light. Your intent will create an energy that will grow in intensity, until it must manifest the result you desire. Do believe that as an individual your contribution is most important, as it is your collective intent that will win the day. You are the carriers of the Light that will bring the truth into being, and most certainly the truth will set you free. Remember that you are much more than mere mortals, and are made in the image of the Creator. You are Gods that are waking up to the realization of your enormous potential. Use it now and light up your path to Ascension.

Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions? something to add to the atmosphere... ?
This and next weekend we will be puting together a few events to kindof get things rolling as the summer season is closing in, and we haven't had that many parties to go to... especially outdoor parties... so this month 2 parties... next month... on March 17th is Time Shift... an epic adventure every time, this will be the season openner... it is only a month away and then the craziness kickss inn... = )
I will be playing @ all 3 parties... and great acts have been called to satisfy all of your dancing pleasures... from ambient, to Full on... to Progressive to Dark Full on Madness... it is all so beautiful and being a part of this makes me feel more alive... more excited fr life and what is ahead... and I thank everyone who is a part of this...
