    I find being truly happy difficult. There is so much going on in the world that we just don't have control over. It's hard for me to be happy when there are so many that aren't. It can get overwhelming.

    I have really happy moments when I am able to suspend my pain of what is happening to other long enough to enjoy the moment.

      i think there are times in our life where we have to say "fuck it" and look into our individual sphere of life rather than the global sphere because if we remained in the global sphere we'd never find happiness. if there's individual moments in your life that make you smile, make you add a little hop to your step, make you whistle, etc., then i think you are pretty damn close to happiness.

      of course that doesn't mean that i'm thoroughly depressed at the state of affairs the world has been thrown into, not only by this administration but pretty much every administration the past 100 years.

      that's kind of a tough barometer for being happy if ya ask me.

        OK I know I have sooo over posted this....but its the little theme song that plays in my head when things just dont seem right...silly I know...a few weeks ago I was stuck in a car rental place for over two hours...the place was full of angry...really angry people..I started to feel their vibes in every pore of my body...stepped out of line and outside and this song from my blog popped in my head ....I felt total peace and even happy...when one of the employees came out I told them I understood how hard their day was and that I was thinking good thoughts for them.....when I stepped inside they upgraded my vehicle without my asking and sent me on my way HAPPY....I have finally come to realize that under any circumstance I choose when I 'm going to be happy or not....anyway...here it is

    ive been sick as a dog the past few days but ive still remained happy. i've been happier. it's hard to keep a smile on when the pounding headache makes you grimace. got to beat it somehow.
