Hi there!
I'm handling the fashion show for Qaina and I'm looking for a few period (read as pre-1600) ME outfits to show. If you have anything you'd be willing to wear or let us put on a model, please let me know.
thanks!

Re: Qaina fashion show

Jez asked me if I would be interested in being in the fashion show and I would be interested if you still have spots open. I made a 14th century French coathardee that I can wear. Let me know if you need anything else! Thanks.

Re: Qaina fashion show
Thu, April 2, 2009 - 8:03 AMJust in case my other email doesn't get to you;
I have a late 1500s Rajput outfit I can model and a blurb to explain it. I'll write it out and bring it with me, but this is about what I had in mind:
Kashmavati is wearing a typical Rajput outfit from north India in the late 1500s. The ensemble consists of a choli, skirt, and dupatta and is topped off with plenty of jewelry. Often cholis from this period were completely sheer and skirts were made of a fabric we cannot make called "dew of the morning".
