It is not often that I find an abstract painter who’s work really moves me.
Here is one Sister of my soul who's work is quite inspired.
Some of her designs remind me of Yantras, Mandalas, or drawings of the Chackras.
There is something magical about Erica Steiners work. It has elements that remind me of the art nouveau period.
But there is a softer dreamy quality to her paintings. I found her on MySpace, here are some links to see her work:

Re: Erica Steiner Painter
Sat, February 10, 2007 - 8:48 AMArt - what one adores the other rejects. But the lovely thing is that there seems to be space for everyone.
Some of the pieces Erica Steiner created remind me of tapestries, found in the old palaces.
One reminded me of the Beatles, the Yellow Submarine movie.
Mandalas.
Old church windows.
Thanks for finding her :-)
