i'm trying to find a little red dress in size 18mos for cookie's little orphan annie halloween costume and i am not having much luck on my initial pass.

Thu, September 20, 2007 - 7:53 AMThat is the PERFECT costume for her!!!!!!!...AND I have a dress that just MIGHT fit the bill! It's red, short sleeved with little tiny white stars on it and big red buttons. We JUST got it at H&M in NY last week on sale for $5. Put a big white piece of fabric around the waist and a big red bow in her hair, white socks and black patent leather shoes (if I remember correctly) and I think you are good to go. :-)
I'll want Stella to wear it at least a few times before I hand it over, but Ava is totally welcome to it for her costume if it looks like it will work! -

Thu, September 20, 2007 - 7:56 AMOH--AND it has a little collar, too...but it's red with stars like the rest of the dress....you could probably cover it with white fabric to make it more 'Annie' like....or wait...I'm all giddy now...I have a short sleeve white collared onesie in white that could go UNDER and the collar could possibly cover the red collar on the dress to make it absolutely perfect. -
