Our guy's first pair of shoes turned out to be See Kai Run boots. They were on sale for $24 and the only shoes that fit his wide fat feet and stayed on him. We love them. He wears them everyday and they are a bit scuffed up. But they are surprisingly waterproof. That's saying something when you live in the rainy ass Pacific Northwest. I like that the sole is really flexible as well. All in all I think we are very pleased with our See Kai Run's. I will be buying another pair of boots in a 7 in a few months when he grows out of these.
