Bellydance Health, Fitness, and Anatomy

public - created 12/01/05
A place to discuss all things related to fitness and health within bellydance. Bellydance is a wonderful way to get fit for people of all ages and sizes, and working to improve the muscles that drive the movements can help in the dance. So feel free to use this forum to discuss anything related to bellydance and health--whether it about bellyrobics, the anatomy of the movements, proper warmups and stretches, injury prevention or whatever. This forum is open to thick or thin, young or old, fit or just trying to be, dancers, wannabe dancers, or those who just enjoy doing the moves for fitness' sake. It's open to everyone from those looking for answers regarding health, fitness, or anatomy in bellydance to those who have the experience and the knowledge to provide those answers. Welcome to the tribe and have fun!
