I suffered with Morton's Neuroma for years. No-one seemed to know what was causing my pain. So I'd just keep tottering to work in my high heels, all the while getting electric shock like pains in my feet. My 80 year old grandmother (a home maker all her life) diagnosed the neuromas!! For the last 10 years I have mostly worn flat shoes, and guess what? - no electric shock like pain in my feet.

Now that I am dancing at age 52, I am suffering from plantar fasciaitis!
