I am curious if anyone has tried this method of strength and fluidity training.
It makes sense to me - particularly the circular movements with all joints not just for dance prep but for over all joint fluidity and openness to prevent injury and prevent restriction or tightening of joints with age etc.

Wed, October 28, 2009 - 8:20 AMI took a mini-class on it, sort of an introduction in a couple of hours and really, really liked it. The most expensive thing is finding those weights that look like bowling pins.
