There really aren't any minutes to speak of. However there were some things said that need to be covered.

N Fish has resigned his position on the board.

D. Lee is working on a financial picture for us. He stated that he will post it here and have hard copy available as soon as he can. This could possibly happen by the end of the week. Please check back here later in the week for updates.

V. Reed stated that we need to get our report ready for the state, we need to get our EIN situation straightened out (a letter will be drafted and sent out this week) and there was one other thing which my swiss cheese brain has forgotten. Little help please V. Reed.
