Should this tribe be moderated?

Can I get a quick consensus of the pros or cons of this? It is my intention that this tribe be completely welcoming and inclusive.
Any thoughts? See below for background info.

Thank you for your concerns, it is something I am still wrestling with. If I made this unmoderated, the "invite your friends" feature for members goes away. Also it requires greater responsibility on my part to greet everyone who joins. I kind of like that though, but I'm not sure if being the "moderator" is too egoistic for "Heaven." Still working it out and I appreciate your comments.

Visions please - start a new subject

I encourage you to share a goal with the group - big or small - and enjoy writing it out. The vibration of typing it on the web brings it closer to manifestation. So does singing it to your cat and shouting it into clay balls and flinging them across the room to stick to the far wall. Today I am going to the park and I am going to whisper my goals to the trees, and watch them bloom and unfold, and come back and share the one I like the best with you. With Valentine's Day, a Mercury retrograde, Chinese New Year, and President's day all happening in the next week (whew) there will be plenty of opportunities to realize a desire.

May your heart and naughty bits be touched for Valentine's Day
May you grow a garden of abundance in the Year of The Wood Pig
May your President perform a feat worth celebrating by President's Day

Washington State Convention & Trade Center

I offer up this idea. I've recently been working for the Washington State Convention & Trade Center and they throw awake massive quantities of food each and every day. You really cannot imagine how much food I am talking about here. However, because they have sold the food to the corporation holding the event, it really isn't possible for them to donate it the leftovers either. I think that if they had a clause in their contracts offering soft credit receipts for any food donated, it would be both beneficial to the corporation hosting the event at tax time and to the Convention Center in being able to offer a rebate on the back end.

What is needed is an organization interested in picking up and distributing the food and the major issues are these: how would the organization go about pursuing the money necessary to pay the employees responsible for collection and distribution, including money for the site and transportation and also how to stay compliant with the stringent health codes to insure the health and well being of the people receiving the food (although there are obviously more and less volatile foods and I can see vacuum packing on site)?

Anyway, that is my vision for Heaven on Earth in Seattle. What do you think?

Why this tribe?

This tribe came about through the inspired assistance of two friends. Tulasi (find her here on Tribe) and Dana, a friend of mine from Unity Seattle. Tulasi inspired me to be more truly myself and Dana related an event that happened to her. She had volunteered at a workshop where a woman was invited to come on stage and share her personal vision with the group. Afterwards the members in the audience started offering ideas, personal experiences and their talents to flesh out her idea. In a very short amount of time her vision seemed not only possible but completely doable. And that is why this tribe is here. You are a visionary gifted with the ability to birth Heaven on Earth. I believe in you. Let's work to make it happen.
