Example:

Had Tgiving w/friend E. yesterday, she mentioned that she's concerned about her capital gains this year. I told her that at least it's good they're long term (taxed at either 5 or 15% depending on her income), whereas short term are taxed at your regular tax rate. I asked her if she had taken her retirement savings credit last year and she hasn't, so we can get that for her this year AND file an amended return for the past 3 yrs to get her retirement savings credit.

So, puttin' mo money in people's pockets, that my M.O.!!!!
