Anonymous Profiling for Insurers
I need to compile a health profile of our community to broker to potential insurers. We now need a web designer to build an anonymous questionaire so that i can compile this info.
standard tempate:
www.google.com/search
We will provide the insurer with all the standard health info plus other data, for example:
66% vegetarians
73% excersize daily
57% utilize alternative medicine
so we need a web guru and other notable group characteristics

Thu, October 19, 2006 - 4:25 PMI can put together web forms pretty quickly and painlessly and can even manage the hosting of the forms if necessary. Just need to know what kind of questions you're looking to ask.
btw, yesterday was a total AH-HA day where i realized and began codifying the sustainable direction of my company, a web marketing agency. Then a friend sent me your tribe just today. nice! -
