Can Herbs Reverse Tubal Ligation?

Does anyone know if taking herbs that "stimulate the uterus" could reverse a tubal ligation?

That is, if a woman got her tubes tied, could taking plant estrogens (such as Mother's Wort, Wild Yam, etc.) cause the tubes to heal, thus reversing the sterilization?

Thanks in advance!

No, taking herbs cannot reverse a tubal ligation. In a tubal ligation, the fallopian tubes are ligated, or cut, so that the egg has no method of transport from the ovaries. To my knowledge, there are no herbs that can make organs that were surgically separated grow back together.
